(…And that is how I learned how to defend in trials on Gaia Online.)
(What? Confused as how it happened? I’m kind of confused too, but this is what happened before everything started:
When I first came to Gaia and told everyone I was a lawyer, they put me in what they called a “Holographic Simulator.”
Based on my memories of my first trial, they took, edited, and played the trial back to me, where I got to experience what the whole “Gaia Court System” was like.
Because the Gaia Court System is new, they needed attorneys to help defend and prosecute those accused of crimes. So I volunteered because I don’t have much else to do…
It’s just me here right now… I don’t know anyone; it’s all new to me.
But maybe someday, I’ll find all my friends again… I’m grasping that idea with my mind.
Until then, I’m going to keep my promise to myself, and defend those in need… Even if the crimes are different in Gaia, I’ll still defend them. After all, how bad can these “Users” be?)-end chapter-
