Mio finally stopped some distance away from the Crown and turned to face Kunzite, her huge and creepy grin plastered on her face. "This is far enough, Kunzite," she said and tilted her head playfully to one side.~*~ At the same moment, Danburite stepped out the doors of Crown and walked out to the sidewalk. Mio had done a good job for him and he would be sure to use her services as much as he could. She seemed like she would be of more use than Beryl. Quickly, he walked off and disappareaed back to the Dark Kingdom. His Earth guise disappeared and was repalced by his Tennou uniform. His dark cape billowed behind him as he walked to Beryl's throne room. He would make a quick report to her before carrying on with his own plans.~*~ The day was unbelievable nice or so Nekono Luna thought as she skipped along the streets of Juuban. She had been in her human form most of the morning, having gone to look for Usagi. She smiled happily and ignored the stares she received. Not only was it odd that the girl had a cat tail but she was singing pop songs to herself as she skipped.
"...Masani masaka... Sakasama shalala... Magic yuuki wo dashitara...!"

"Good, I was getting impatient," he growled in reply. The sudden and unexplained memory of Danburite had put him in a bad mood. He raised his sword and brought two fingers of his left hand to the blade near the hilt. The blade began to glow blue as he ran his fingers over it. "When you reach Jigoku, give my regards to Beryl," he said just before swinging the sword and letting the energy fly.

Mio let out a scream as the attack went right at her. As it made contact, there was a small explosion and when the smoke cleared, Kuroki Mio was gone.
Luna stopped skipping as she heard the explosion. She stopped singing as well. She did not know what was going on but she ran towards the sound. She stopped when she saw Kunzite standing in a deserted area, his sword in hand. "Kunzite?!" she exclaimed, shocked.

Ami took Usagi's hand and lead her away form the Crown. After they got a few blocks away Ami tried again to call Rei, but once again the line was busy. Pointless. Turning her head Ami say the sad look on Usagi's face. "Don't worry Usagi-chan!" Ami knew that the Princess was worried about Mamoru. "Why don't you tell me again what your plans are for your date with Mamoru-kun tomorrow," Unfortunately before she could get a response out of Usagi, Ami bumped into someone. Sending all three to the ground. Looking up she saw who she bumped into. "Minako-chan?"

Mio's scream was somewhat satisfying, but there was no way to know if he had actually destroyed her unless she appeared again. Kunzite sheathed his sword as he turned to face Luna. He had never dealt with her while they were fighting on the same side, but she (and her fan) had caused him some annoyance in the past, even if he had been somewhat evil at the time.
"Kuroki Mio," he explained, gesturing to the dispersing smoke. "Your Princess is with Mercury and they are heading for the temple."
Before Artemis had a chance to reply, someone run right into Minako, causing the girl to fall on the ground. "Ami-chan? Usagi?" she asked, surprised to see her fellow Senshi. Former Senshi. "Daijoubu?" Minako got up and reached to help Usagi and Ami up as well.

"Usagi-chan is heading for the temple with Ami-chan," Luna said, repeating what Kunzite had just told her. With a nod and a smile, she accepted that without further questioning. She walked over to the older man a little cautiously. She knew they were technically on the same side butshe had fought him one time too many to not be cautious around him.
"Kuroki Mio? Is the Dark Kingdom back?" the child asked. She prayed it was just a weird accident. The girls could not transform to protect Usagi. She could transform, true, but she could not do much by herself.

'Without the Shitennou, there was little to the Dark Kingdom to begin with,' Kunzite couldn't help but think to himself. "No, just some leftover trash," he replied.
It was a child that stood before him, she didn't even reach his shoulder in height, but he could tell that she was wiser beyond her apparent years. He did not recall such a Senshi from the past life, and was mildly currious about her origins.
Looking down at his own clothing, he realized that the fighting was over. He should return to being Kuromori Daitaro. He closed his eyes for a moment, and the Shitennou uniform was replaced with his street clothes and his long black hair was shorter once again.

Luna gave a nod beofre walking over to Kunzite. The little girl looked him over once before giving a quick bow. "Arigatou!" she said before turning and walking back to where she had been before. She would have to check in with Usagi soon to let all the girls know about Mio resurfacing, even if it had been for a very short time.
However, before she started to skip off once more, she looked back over at Kunzite. He did not seem to feel half as bad as he used to. She knew Usagi would be safe if the Shitennou were serving Mamoru now. She gave him a kind and adorable smile.

Mamoru's words were fully ignored by the man and he couldn't even recognize any means of acknowledgement from him. He was still in pain, but it was less severe and clearing up as time passed. "Shirakawa-san," Mamoru started, still fully aware that Motoki was still there, "let's go get something to eat, you too, Kiyoshi-kun." He looked over to Motoki who was just about to feed his Kamekichi. "Ja, Motoki," Mamoru said about to walk out of the entrance doors. 'Zoisite knows something, his expressions were quite dynamic,' Mamoru though. 'Demo...would he tell me if I asked?'
Usagi let herself be led by Ami-chan because she really didn't want to walk herself. She sort of just felt like falling on her knees and sitting down in a little huddle. But she decided to resolve herself earlier and promised to keep her word to herself. She smiled half heartedly when Ami-chan told her not to worry but she couldn't help to anything but. She didn't want Ami-chan worrying over her though. She had been looking down when she felt the sensation of falling. She looked up and saw that she and Ami-chan were face to face with Minako-chan. "Daijobu," Usagi replied to her idol friend's concern and was helped up by her.

Zoisite relaxed a bit now that Danburite was gone. He couldn't help but be somewhat distracted by his thoughts and mumbled something in the affirmative to the Master's suggestion. Food was one of the furthest things from his mind as he followed Mamoru though the doors.
Motoki nodded at Mamoru. "See you later, Mamoru," Motoki replied, then returned to feeding Kamekichi. Turtles were great, they didn't act strange suddenly for no apparent reason, unlike people.
Kunzite wasn't too sure how to react to the small Senshi thanking him, but fortunately she took off before he really needed to.
He decided to head back to Crown and check in with the others, assuming they were still there. The excitement so far today had put him back in full Tennou mode and he needed to report back to the Master at least. He would be wondering what happened to the Princess.
"I'm fine, thank you, Usagi," Minako replied. Once she had herself dusted off, she looked from one girl to the other. "Did either of you get a call from Rei resently? I think we should head over to the temple."

Jadeite was deep in thought, wondering who that strange man was, and why Master and Zoisite seemed to be acting like something was wrong. It startled him when the Master spoke to him and at the mention of food, he became distracted and decided he would think more about those things later. He quickly followed Master and Zoisite. "I'm coming!"

Mamoru had a stern expression walking along the street. He was still in the dark about that mysterious man and it wasn't the kind of thing one could instantaneously start talking about anywhere. He stopped in front of a small fast food place, WacDonalds, and he walked in. Surely the two had never eaten hamburgers and fries before.
"I think Ami-chan received a call from Rei earlier, we're heading to the temple right now," Usagi informed Minako-chan. "Why don't you come with us?" she suggested.
--WacDonalds is probably one of my most favorite anime puns, sorry, I just had to put it in there.
And Zah, I meant 'Daijoubu' as a confirming statement. Sorry to confuse or anything, but it doesn't matter much.--

(( Right, I really should have noted the lack of a question mark. Anyway. xd ))
Zoisite followed Mamoru, allowing him to handle getting whatever food this place served. He had a strong desire to get back to his piano, hoping that he may be able to reach Danburite, the old Danburite, through his music. It would be difficult to come up with a valid excuse however, and even if he did, it still felt uncomfortable leaving the Master alone. Sure, Jadeite would be with him, but he was not aware that there was any threat, nor could Zoisite tell him there was.

Luna ran quickly, hoping to run into Usagi and Ami before rthey reached the temple. She felt her news was very important. That was when she turned a corner and slid to a halt, almost toppling into Minako. "Minna!!" she exclaimed as she steadied herself. She had not been expecting to literally run into them but it worked.

Rei sighed in relief at finally reaching Makoto. "Makoto, I need you to come to the temple as quickly as you can. I saw something in the fire, it's... If you see the others on your way, bring them as well."
She stared into the fire for a bit longer. If she could gain any more insight into the Dark Kingdom's revival before the other girls arrived, she intended to.
"Luna," Artemis greeted his fellow feline. He then addressed everyone. "I think it's important for us to get to Hikawa Shrine as quickly as possible."
Minako nodded her agreement. "Whatever it was, it sounded important. Let's go." She started off in the direction of the temple, leading the others.
