Depending on where you live and if you go to the University of houston! Haha My sister attended U of H; I attend WCJC at the moment. I might transfer next semester after I get my AA. I live in Rosenberg, if you've ever heard of the place. If you haven't, you should totes check it out! We have some pretty neat cafes in the historical district, including a wine cafe adjoining with a giant antique store/small stage theatre, just around the corner from a legit soda fountain resurrected from the 1950s. Either way, we should totally hang out. We'll take selfies and post it in the depot. (Come to think of it, I still need to upload and post the photos I took at Akon... Sorry, Sifen, for the long delay!)

And I do know where Rosenberg is, my dad and his family live in Rosharon, which is kind of close to there. I live near the Galleria in Houston of you've ever been. I'm happy there are people near by, this is exciting!!

I'm happy there are people near by, this is exciting!! I've been to the Galleria; it's a pretty nice place! The Tilt arcade area smelled terrible every time I was there though... I don't know if it was just me being a smell-sensitive wuss or if it's actually that pungent, haha. Say, did you ever run into the Sleeping Samurai/Samurai Titans back when they were having weekend practices in Herman Memorial Park? I used to hang with them a lot. Also, my sister works at the HMNS every other day of the week; it's one of my favorite places to spend time, especially the butterfly exhibit. We should hang out there sometime when there's a chance! I was also at Anime Matsuri last year and spent a lot of time just outside of the building sparring with the STs near the Dag arena this year. I didn't have the money for a proper badge, LOL. I have heard some splendid things about the U of H campus and their attitude toward LGBT. I don't know yet how WCJC rolls with it yet, because this will be the first semester I'm completely out as a man. I've also heard that the U of H student insurance covers transitional fees. Is that true? Have you used it, and if so, how well does that work out financially?

I'm not entirely sure about that one...I'm intersex and gender queer, I'm not transitioning. I'm just kind of stuck in the middle all the way around haha. But I know that in terms of the social atmosphere it's kick a**! We have an lgbt resource center that's pretty great, a queer friendly sorority on campus, you are able to change the name on your student ID card to your prefered name and the name all professors see on class rosters. And many professors have even undergone a special training to bring trans students to their attention. I love it there! What are you studying in school? I might be able to tell you how the program is at UH.

Thank you. c:Haha, that's a nice way of thinking! I sometimes like to think that way, too. At least people will know what we're thinking instead of constantly worried about not being able to read us, right? Haha.
Thank you! I hope you enjoy yourself too! c:
