WATER GUN RACECrisis seemed to be averted it seem, even if she wasn't aware of exactly was going on. But, Danny seemed to not be staring pointedly at the other students now and had simply gone back to the subject of dresses. "M-mine d-doesn't usually c-catch f-fire," so she couldn't relate but she could see where the other ghoul was going with it. Having a flame on one's tail would probably be a little worrisome in a long gown.
"Y-your m-modific-cations are w-wonderful," she smiled as her own attention was still not on the game. Yet she was still pulling the trigger and had not noticed that her balloon had actually popped. "I r-really l-like it, it f-fits the th-them v-very w-well and.. y-you."
And then she heard a little grunt to her side, from where the booth was set up. And the little gawdily dressed gnome jabbed some tickets at her. Oh wait, had she won? "aa!"

RING TOSS
Ring toss? Yea she can win that. What could be so hard in trowing some rings.
She was bit annoyed when she didn't get her first hit until her third try but real frustration set in when she couldn't get a single hit until she was left holding the last ring in her hand. Was she really that bad?! She had perfect sight! There was no other explanation the game was cheating somehow. She just couldn't figure out how.
Well it was the last one she had to toss. At this point she was so nervous that her hand started to shake lightly. Here goes nothing.
A big sigh of relief broke out of her when the last ring manage to stay on the bottle.

"Excellent." He could live with being in her debt, and not knowing exactly how he would pay her back. But when she asked him what he wanted to do, he stopped swiping the bat at the air, and looked down at her sternly. "Of course there is something I want to do." His low, quiet voice sounded just a little too serious. "I want to be with you. Around you. I am doing what I want, right now. This is my desire fulfilled." His seriousness lifted into a soft smile, that then turned into a slightly goofy grin. The grin occurred because he thought, if there was ever a time he wouldn't feel bad for it, this was it.. So he bopped her on the head with the bat. Gently.

He was offered his ticket just as Mia's aim seemed to be the end of her own balloon. Well, at least it had been fun. "I'm sure next time you'll win." He replied calmly with a smile at that point. Nope, not going to mention he'd won. He shifted to move off from the booth as well, offering a hand to her as he looked around briefly.
Though the mention of the fun house, which wasn't too far off from this side of the games, was an idea. "That sounds interesting." He looked like it went up a ways and... was that a slide? It was hard to tell from the distance, they'd likely get better look when they went. "Let's be off then?" He added before starting along on his way.
He still hadn't spotted the dreamed flame demon. Partially because he generally tried to ignore them unless they bothered him. Live and let live. Just stay out of his bubble.[Exit to funhouse with Mia~]

Miasma nodded and followed him out, casting a slightly nervous glance at the flame demon again before hurrying after the fox boil.

WATER GUN RACE Danny had to concede defeat. Maple was indeed the winner. It was okay though, because she still got a whole ticket!
Not to mention she made a new friend. "Thanks dude! You're lookin pretty hot too! Er, like pretty. Not hot like fire. That's different."
She watched the gnome give the ghoul her deserved three tickets and gave the witch a hearty slap on the back. "Good going man! It's only 'cause it was water though. If it was fire I would've won in no time!" Ah yes, because that was fair.

BALLOON POP
Bit discouraged from her not so glamorous attempt at ring toss game Neza decides to go with the board with the most balloons on it. She will have to have some lucky hits, right?

BALLOON POP
Ha! She managed to pop half balloons that were hanging there. What a confidence boost this is for her. It was clear to her that she is more skilled at balloon poping than ring tossing so why not try a bit harder version of the game.

It was all very surprising, and Maple took her tickets with a small uttered thank you and clasped them tightly. More tokens to help build self esteem, they were always welcome no matter how small. And of course with the compliments about her attire and how she fared with the game, she blushed. "Th-thank you, I've n-never had m-myself b-been d-described as hot b-before," usually it was cute. And she rather felt a little proud of obtaining the new adjective.
The slap on her back made her buckle a little and the little witch had to regain herself from the force. Danny was rather strong after all. "Aa." But she did. "It w-would have b-been n-no c-contest with f-fire." She found herself giggling, it was up in the air if she would try a game that dealt with fire really. Andrew probably would be all over it though, just like this ghoul.
"D-did you want t-to p-play another g-game?" It didn't look like she was going to be finding her date at the moment, and actually she was having a bit of fun. Maybe it was this other ghoul's competitive edge rubbing off on her.

Sophie blushed deep and hot and avoided his gaze for the moment and her lips pursed as she lost herself in her thoughts. She was still in disbelief of the whole situation - that Bastion wanted to spend time with her - that he wanted to get to know her. She might have pondered on it more had Bastion not bopped her on the head. She blinked for a few moments before she realised what had happened and she playfully shoved him. "Bastion." she whined, jokingly.
She embraced his arm and looked up at him with a smile. "Okay. I've figured out how you can pay me back," she squeezed his arm lightly. "We'll play a game," she paused for a moment. "I'll ask a question and you have to answer truthfully. Then you can ask me one and I'll answer truthfully." She began to walk, taking Bastion with her to no direction in particular. "But you have to go first; that's the condition." It wasn't really, but having someone else go first meant she had time to think of questions. "That way we can get to know each other more, too."

While her offer wasn't necessarily something he would consider payment for the debt, he had to admit that he was intrigued by it. He wanted to know all about Sophie - he'd already said so before. And he felt a strange confidence in telling her everything about himself, as well. The only problem remaining, was that they were in the middle of a noisy, crowded Midway, playing games. This was not the ideal location for the kind of conversation he knew he wanted, very badly. "I accept your offer." He murmured quietly, taking her hand and holding it up to his lips. "But not here. Would this not be better spoken somewhere more private? Just the two of us, perhaps; without all the noise, and lights."

DUCK PONDMaple was gone, it was his fault not grabbing her hand tight enough. The witch wasn't dressed in red as usual, that made it more difficult to spot her out at once, too many creeple around. AJ was a bit worried, but he believed that they would meet again. Maple did get a duckling, but not the one with red ribbon, so AJ determined to win that red ribbon little duck for her. OOC 3, 5 = You've won 1 ticket!

DUCK PONDHe didn't give up, the blue ribbon duckling granted him a ticket as prize, but his target was the red ribbon pretty. " Where are you, little thing?" He muttered to himself as if the duck would hear and come to him. A duckling seemed to hear his call, but it wasn't the red one. Another ticket for him. He shrugged and walked away from the pond since there was a queue waiting behind. Maybe he would have luck at other games? The minipet prize that can be claimed by tickets looked great, more games meant more tickets. OOC 3, 5 = You've won 1 ticket! chirigami The duckling didn't show up crying

RING TOSSMaybe he should admit that his mood was affected, he wasn't as calm as his face shown, that's why he only got 2 bottles ringed. The boil knew he tossed the rings out without effort to target. At least he got another ticket, he sighed. OOC For every 4 you get, you managed to get a ring around a bottle. Two "4"s = 2 rings netted 2-5 rings netted = The gnome mumbles something under his breath and passes you 1 ticket. chirigami He is not at his best state XD

DUCK POND
After struggling free from the bizarre obstacle house.. thing, Jil found a room of games. She'd pointedly avoided the area with the rides. Thankfully they were large enough that she could detour around them.
She approached what looked like a makeshift body of water and some 3-eyed ducks swiming along. It took almost no effort for her to grab one by the head. With it's eyes covered it writhed and snapped but was mostly inneffective. The ribbon on it's leg indicated she'd won a ticket.
[win 1 ticket]
