Oh, that's just me?" ~v~v~v~v~v~v~v~v~v~v~v~v~v~v~v~v~v~v~v~v~v~v~v~v~ "Why throw napkins? That wouldn't do any good..." Simon snickered as that evil grin of his appeared on his face. That one waitress that warned the rest of the staff about him was busy gossiping in the doorway to the kitchen. He sifted through his silverware and pulled out the steak knife, aiming carefully. With a good flick of his wrist, he threw the knife, watching as it landed with a satisfying 'thunk' in the door frame, right beside her head. "Damn, I missed..." He snickered semi-jokingly as the waitress slowly turned to see the knife that had nearly killed her stuck in the wall right by her face. He couldn't help but laugh when the color in her face drained away as if she just saw a ghost. ~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~ KISS THE COOK - Mr. Sweet

"Simon!" Zhori said, half in amusement and half in horror. She couldn't believe he'd just done that. Roaches were one thing, but he'd just thrown a knife across the room with...really admirable aim. "I don't think throwing sharp objects at them is going to encourage anyone to come to this table at all. That was a nice throw, though."
She leaned over until her mouth was nearly against his ear. "If we get thrown out of here too, you are cooking dinner for me, I hope you realize this."
She looked over at the waitress and gave her a little innocent smile and wave. "Sorry about that!" she called. "It, uh, just slipped."

He didn't have any experience throwing knives at all and he knew his aim was atrocious. That's why he aimed at the waitress's head, knowing it would miss. Or not. He didn't really care much either way. "I have a feeling that I would have to cook for you anyways..." He sighed as he took her silverware to take her knife as well. At first, the waitress went back to gossiping when Zhori apologized, but when she caught a glimpse of what Simon was doing, she ran into the kitchen to hide, scared for her life. Just to mess with the poor waitress, he had slowly licked all the way up the blade of the knife with that wicked grin that split ear to ear on his face. It wasn't just the grin, though, his eyes looking wide and insane as he stared at the waitress intently until she ran off screaming. "Oh, you mean before they call the cops? But then we miss out on the lights and sirens and chase all the way back to school grounds when them using their loud speakers to tell us stop," Zhori said. She gave him a little nudge out of the booth.
It was actually fascinating to watch his face change like that--one minute he was just a normal person and the next, he had that bizarre grin on his face. She wasn't even sure if he was really dangerous when he was like that. Certainly he was trying to scare people, but it didn't seem like he was necessarily trying to hurt them. And it was how he survived anyway so it's not like he could just stop doing it.
Though...that brought back something she'd been wondering earlier. "If you feed on fear, then...do you still eat normal food too?"

"Honestly... I never really thought about that. I can eat normal food, but I don't know if it's necessary. My father tried to raise me like a normal human... Oh, and I'll be right back," He excused himself and went straight for the kitchen before Zhori could even think of stopping him. A blood curdling scream, the sound of plates shattering on the ground, and a few shouts came from the kitchen. Pots and pans clanged and it sounded like there was some sort of struggle going on. After a few moments, Simon ran out the door, grabbing Zhori's wrist and pulling her along, still shuddering from the fear he felt. ~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~ KISS THE COOK - Mr. Sweet

"Eep!" Zhori just managed to grab her coat before Simon dragged her out of the restaurant (well, it was kind of nice to have a man dragging her somewhere instead of the other way around--which is what it had been lately). "Do I even want to know what happened?" she asked as they ran. "Or should I simply prepare myself for another stint in prison."
Well that had been somewhat unexpected. She hoped no one there knew they worked for the academy. Its reputation was probably already suffering from the monster attacks and such. If its teachers were regularly going around and menacing waitresses, that was going to cause a problem.
Still, it had been a long time since she'd felt the excitement of fleeing a "crime scene." It was kinda fun. And she also wanted to know about that whole thing with his father trying to raise him as a normal human. Why would he do that? There was so much she wanted to know. She just had to find a way to make him give her more detailed answers.[LoL...simon. XD "Excuse me while I go terrorize some people with a knife!" skip to the school?]

  After becoming very bored in his dorm, Nash headed out to the cafe with Fin. The scarecrow followed him there, even though all Nash really wanted was to be by himself. Oh well. Once there he found himself an empty seat and ordered a coffee. Maybe he would meet someone new here. No one was currently in the dorm so.... maybe they were all out and about off of the school grounds.

When Fin saw Mary he grinned. He saw an opportunity to embarrass the crap out of Nash. The scarecrow stood on top of his chair and waved his branch hand at the girl, "Hey there! Id ask you to come over here and sit with us but Nash has a tendency to sneeze boogars out of his nose!"Nash scowled at Fin and face palmed.

"Im Fin!" the scarecrow replied as he pointed to himself. "Im Nash's best friend and loyal body guard!" He bragged.Nash rolled his eyes, Hhes a pain in the butt, thats what he really is..... you can sit down, Mary, if you would like." Nash said as he gestured to the empty chair at their table.

They say that love is forever, Your forever is all that I need Rosalynda pushed the door open to a pleasent looking cafe. The second she walked in she smelled coffee and baked goods. She came her just to read but she had to order something now. Roselynda grabbed and table and sat her book down. She walked to the counter and ordered. Once she got what she wanted to walked back to the table and started to dissolve into her book while drink her tea. She started humming in her head a song that meant alot to her.
