It was meant to balance out with their speed.
They almost always end up with 15 speed and they get to use half of the skills of another class? What's the point in saying they can't subclass? All that was taken out were two guns from their mastery.

Background Information╫

was born among a clutch of eggs, he has 2 brothers. After his birth he was raised in a small village setting him and his brothers were no where without each other then one night a band of Zealous Knights attacked his village. the men fought well but in the end the knights were to much him, his mom and siblings were running away into the woods and his brother Devrin tripped on something, his mom tried to turn back but the pursuing knights were closing and she ran leaving him. They headed deep into the mountains or for years he grew up hating the humans. He had become more Dragon like he was prideful angry and greedy. When the day came he heard about a nation that had declared war he ran off to join the fight.

The Lost Speaker or Speaker as those whom have made contact with him have said that the being himself has wondered around the city of Kusana for over a year now quietly watching and observing the people who lived there. Speaker has simply watched everything over the lives of the people still curious how the races of the world interact with each other. From the few brave enough to speak to him he has told them that he is there for his people to interact with the world, learn what he can and take back what he had learned to them. The questions people have asked him about his race are usually awnsered by a few strange noises and clicks coming from him but nothing that would be taken as hostile by those who have seen it. In all honesty most guards have not seen him as a threat and it is said that the queen herself may not even know of him roaming around the place.

(A) As a smooth criminal, Nicholas' words have a more enticing feeling to them, not as enticing as a siren nor as an incubus, but his words are something that most people think twice about before denying his logic completely.
(B) His flexibility is increased substantially, not to an abnormal amount, but its still high.
(C) He makes no footstep sounds when moving whether its to develop a surprise attack or to hide, when attacking, this effect ends.
(D) All uncomfortable feelings that anyone has while near him are removed and replaced with good and warm feelings. Not entirely a manipulation of the target(s), but more of his energy that surrounds him is releasing a calming energy with everyone he speaks to.
(E) His perception and reaction time when fighting and his accuracy with ranged weapon weaponry have increased.
(F) Nick's transformation into a housecat is damn near instantaneously (i.e. it resembles the shifting in Wolf's Rain almost exactly.)

(A) The tendency of being distracted easily is increased and its extremely hard for Nicholas to stay focused on most things, battles are an exception.
(B) His enticing words and comforting nature can be negated or counteracted if other bloodlines and classes can do so (like the Reapers, Incubus, or Sirens.)
(C) Though his perception and reaction time are not god-like, they're better than others, it does not mean that he cannot be defeated by well trained enemies.
