As far as I know we aren't allowing hybrids. Looking back on Snuff's character her's isn't a hybrid either. She simply talented in some nightmare/kiranu aspects into the character.

Me and Snuff decided on a timeskip where Lucien is already born, since she didn't want to go through the whole pregnancy thing and giving birth again. Alrighty, I consent to divulge information. In essence, it's a transplant of a mechanical being into a physical one, specifically a form that is a reaper. You know already what its like to clone a person, so the general process is the same except that one starts from complete scratch with the DNA. The result would be a separate body, with no spirit, and one that a machine can be transplanted into. Something like an AI into a battle suit. The AI, per se, is a type of... cybernetic implant. Yes, a good deal of research has gone into this... Is that helpful at all?

I'd say maybe if it was being made a mecha.

It's not, and either way you'd need to make custom items to do it and you haven't and still Noctis doesn't have the know-how to do it.
He would need to enlist one of the 2, maybe 3 technically advanced people in the guild.
My character being the most prominent at the moment as Tombz seems to be more oriented on machinery whereas Xavier is all things technical.

He is leader of the Cidatel the named Leaders in tech. Yes Tombz and Xavier is great ones but do not think because he isn't like you two he knows nothing. In the central hub they any tech they need for this. The human body is complex but with enough understanding can be made. The tech is there already
