"We're here!" Vivian laughed, grinning happily. She hadn't been here in months now, and she had really missed this place a lot.

Vero nodded and dropped her own bag. She dropped to the ground. Her back to the ground and her face to the tops of the trees. Her smile was obvious as she addressed Vi. "Nice spot."

"Thanks! Used to live here. Only for a bit and it was years ago." Vivian smiled happily. She really did miss this place when she wasn't here.

"Kinda. We stayed here for a week. The lake is close by, but people were getting suspicious." Twirling a bit, Vivian was the picture of content.

"Suspicious we were out to ste-" a bump from behind startled her and Vivian turned around to see an elf girl standing there, apologizing. "Uh, yeah. It's fine, I guess," she said, trying to hide the protective growl threatening to tear from her throat as her eyes narrowed.

Vero looked at the elf and the weapons she was carrying. Her week was already in shambles. Remembering the wolf and elf that had never gone to the address on the paper she left for them she wondered if this elf would be a little more intelligent. Oh how she hoped.

"Everyone is on a walk these days it seems, though life its self is only a long walk on an uneven path, isn't it?" Vero seemed to be put on edge by Vivian's attitude toward the elven girl. "Do you have any other purpose for being here?"

Vivian didn't like being seen already. If the elfin female had run into Vero, she could have hidden in the trees until the girl was gone. However, she wasn't sure how to react, and not knowing what the girl wanted, she didn't know how to take care of the current threat.
