Jutsu one DENIED ( way to easy to god mod plus its rather op)
Jutsu Two, If he moves any blood aside from the normal amount from his head he would pass out. If he sent any more than the normal to his chest he would die. All of these jutsus about moving blood are (it seems ) poorly thought up attempts to have a ultimate counter.

well im sorry you feel that way i shall do better. i see other jutsu that are the same in ways as mine and they aren't contested. oh well...i shall do better.
but now that i think about it. my entire blood line doesn't make sense. its all about using blood in battle. so shouldn't i pass out any way's i don't agree with your judgment on my last jutsu. i think that its doable and not a god mod cause it is so limited. make it a high ranking if you have to. also i see what you mean about the blood clone thing. a friend explained how easy it was to g mod. but that wasn't my intent i had a different idea for it. one way more limited. but whatever...i shall do better.

Description: Drawing on the Suiton element, you create a thick tendril of water, the shape resembling a small dragon. Once formed you release it directly into the body of the enemy, through a kiss. It cannot be seen by an enemy but can be felt as it goes down the throat and worms it's way in. The dragon [ mass of water] is placed directly in the heart, constricting it and causing immense pain. It can stay inside of the victims body for 60 days. Although it sounds like the perfect offensive attack its not. It is used as a means of binding enemies or torturing them for information. Due to its peculiar transference, it has to be a last ditch resort type of usage for the chances of a hostile enemy allowing such close proximity is slim, making it extremely dangerous to practice.

@ Drizzy pm your moves to shinny he is the one who came up with that bloodline and the whole damn thing confuses the hell out of me. Find out what he says about them.
@Digi. I only have one question how would the victim get out of it, and is there any way to remove the dragon once it is inside you or is it just game over once he/she kisses the victim.

[@ Az]: Yeah, she can remove it. The person will probably have to pee like a mother afterward though. XD The only way to remove it other than Mi doing it is to kill her. Reason being I will probably never use this unless commanded to use it. :]

Description: The user will start off performing Katon: Go(A fire Chidori), but instead of rushing at their opponent to impale them with their hand, they hold their hand upwards, pointing it at their target, and unleash a pure condensed blade of fire at the opponent. The bade is made by using chakra to condense fire into a solid object. It is four inches wide and can extend up to 100 feet/ 33 yards. It is also attracted to the opponents body heat and will perform right angles to adjust itself to the opponents position. The blade can be moved left, right, up, down, or diagonally if it remains straight. To remain straight the blade cannot adjust itself to the opponents position, whether it does this or not is up to the user. The blade is as hard as steel and moves at the same speed as the user's speed rank.

Erm... I think you would be much better off by adjusting this into some sort of sharp-fire homing projectile.
And, even then, I think such a thing may exist... though I could be wrong.

Description: by dehydration a limb Alex can expel the blood and using chakra he can form a clone. the clone has a substance and therefor cant be expelled easily,blunt force is the only way to scatter them. in fact since it is made of liquid it can take slashes and stabs. they wouldn't have much of an effect and leave it free to attack. the clones can only use the bloodline abilities and can only use three total before they become sluggish and pretty much useless. they also record info like a shadow does once alex taste the blood he gets what they know.

Description: Alex uses his own blood to give himself greater control over his suiton techniques. By draining some of his blood into the water, the technique will attain a blood red color, have slightly more power, be able to reach a bit farther than normal, and can be affected by other Saiketsu techniques.
( Rather than costing [20] chakra to perform, each modified technique costs an additional [10] chakra. )

Description: An adaption technique that makes use of the Blood Clone. Before the clone can be struck and destroyed by a technique, Alex will send additional chakra to it, causing it become a sort of trap clone. After this adjustment, when the clone is destroyed, rather than turning back into a blot of blood, it will transform into six or seven blood red hands that attempt to grab and bind the attacker to the ground.

Description: this is a mind technique used by Alex to help counter super fast moves he normally couldn't see. as you may know one of his attributes is to perceive pain slower than any normal ninja. therefore super painful attacks wont slow him down until he perceives it. this jutsu would allow him to make his nerves hyper sensitive so he could notice even changes in air pressure. sorta like a sixth sense. this way he could tell if attacks were being misdirected at him through via a distraction.in addition it would also allow him to see fast things slower. while time isn't actually slowed his brain processes them a bit faster allowing him to have a full thought and reaction to it.
• Lasts [8] posts.

Description: The user focuses his chakra upon all of his body creating a type of sheild around him. As he concintrates the chakra begins to press away the wind creating a room where the user is lighter than he really is enabling the user to move two ranks faster than he can normally move.
(Lasts for five posts and can only use the move three times during battle. After each use the user becomes weaker and weaker and after third use becomes unconcious.)

Try not to use the term "faster than [ranks]", or anything like that.
Try having it say-
"he really is enabling the user to move at a greatly increased speed."
*Bites lip*
Erm... here... gimme a sec.
Description: The user focuses his chakra upon his entire body, creating a sort of shield around him. As he concentrates the chakra (1 post), it begins to press away the wind and forces of friction, creating a tight shell where the user feels lighter and more nimble than normal. This shell actually enables the user to move at a greatly increased speed, without much immediate repercussion. Unfortunately, after each duration ends, the user will show signs of fatigue and exhaust, until he eventually blacks out (third usage.)
• Lasts for [5] posts.
• Can only be used 3 times per battle.
It takes up a post to form, but you're all good to go with that restriction.
Edit: Oh! Before I forget, this would be considered a maruton ninjutsu, not a taijutsu technique.

Technique Name: Kyōfu No Jutsu
Rank: S
Type: Genjutsu
Description: This jutsu is a last resort for Zhou or if he wishes to dispatch/ intimidate a foe quickly. It can only be used if direct eye contact is made. Zhou will stare directly into the eyes of his victim and create a sense of all numbing, primal fear in them. It is similar to the killing intent jutsu used by Orrochimaru, only instead of their death it creates a fear of the user. This fear can range from a fear of his power or his position or simply a fear that he will brutally kill them. The exact fear matters little but the effects are obvious. If the Genjutsu is successfully cast, the victim is trapped in a state of panic and awe that will leave them stunned and dazed for four[4] posts. Even if they break out of this genjutsu they are almost never the same simply from their brief time in the jutsu.They will usually harbor a small fear of him for the next few years. This jutsu if successfully cast cannot be Kai-ed out of due to the fact that the victim will be to scared and disoriented to effectively break the jutsu. The only way to break out of this jutsu is to cause a serous (if not grievous) wound on yourself. (ex slashing your arm with a kunai. ) If this jutsu is used in conjunction with the Sakkakugan Genjutsu Ranmaru jutsu, it will almost always push the victim to the point of insanity and beyond.
