{{Cooooool!}}
Ever had gasped when the Headmistress told her she could most certainly stay, and she threw her arms around her best friend again and hugged her tightly while giggling happily.
When the tea and hot chocolate appeared in the room, Ever sat down on one of the big cushioned chairs in the Headmistress's office and sipped it slowly with a huge smile on her face. A smile that turned to a shocked expression when she saw the gorgeous tome that her Headmistress suddenly revealed to her. It was incredible! So incredible that she didn't touch it even when it was passed over to her.
And when the Headmistress mentioned the room, Ever's eyes widened and were sparkling so brightly in excitement. She had almost forgotten the wonderful hot chocolate in her hands... almost.
She put one of her hands, while the other still held the mug, on top of the Headmistress's desk in front of her and leaned forward in excitement. "Oh my gosh, really?! Is it like the Room of Transfiguration in Harry Potter?!" She thought she got the name right... She had read all the Harry Potter books over the past summer. She loved them! Hermione was her favorite.

Arielle laughed at Evermore's enthusiasm. She was momentarily glad that she had taken the time to read the Harry Potter books (she had quite enjoyed them, too, and she had actually read them in both German and English). "Almost, but not quite. Der Raum der Wünsche* is stationary and comes to anyone who has a need for it; this room moves about and is generally much more elusive." She couldn't remember what it was called in English, either, but she remembered the German words.
((*Room of Requirement as it appears in the German version of Harry Potter, according to Wikipedia.))

Akira had hugged her best friend back, just as giddy and happy to hear the great news!
Afterwards, sipping the hot chocolate that was now in her hands, Akira watched in awe as the Headmistress place an ancient beautiful looking tome onto her desk and opened it to a page about a hidden roo-Wait, WHAT!? Happy Potter moment much! Awesome!!
Choking a little on her hot drink, she couldn't believe her ears or eyes and stared in disbelieve at the headmistress. Finally, some real spy and detective work ahead!!
"Sweet!!! A-and we're allowed?" she asked, wondering if only Evermore was going to be allowed to hunt down this hidden room, and looked down at the mug in her hands.
'Only those with pure intentions...Does that mean the room won't let Demons find it...?' she asked herself mentally, knowing that Demons weren't exactly "pure", well, that's what others thought anyways, so did magical rooms think of that too?

Ever smiled brightly at her Headmistress, but then something occurred to Ever. She frowned slightly and looked down at her mug in thought. After a few moments, she lifted her head back up and looked at the Headmistress.
"Headmistress, what if my intentions aren't pure? I mean, I don't know what my intentions are since my parents never told me, but what if it's bad? What if the room knows that even though I don't? Well, I guess it won't let me in, which would be good in the long run, right?"

Arielle nodded, and, sensing Akira's confusion, she said, "Yes; and worry not, because the room judges you not by what you are, but who you are. You could be an elf, and if you were corrupt you would not be admitted; you could be a vampire, and if you had good intentions you would be allowed entrance." But that was a thought that left a bad taste in her mouth. She did not want to even think of what a dark creature would do with the information that was in that room.
Turning to Evermore, she shook her head. "It will not know what your parents intended; if you do not intend to break harm with the information, you will be allowed entrance. The only problem is that if you later are meant to bring harm, it will continue to let you in. It does not read your intentions every time; once it recognizes you, it will forever allow you entrance."

Ever had smiled over at her friend when she heard that she wouldn't be denied entrance simply because she was a partial demon, and she knew that her friend didn't have a bad intention in her. Of course the room would let her in!
And then she stared at her Headmistress as she continued, frowning while she thought. But really, she was just thinking of things she didn't know. She could create scenarios in her head, but what good would they do until she learned more? And this room might provide the answers.
Ever smiled brightly again and got up from her chair. She put her mug of hot chocolate on the desk and went around the desk to hug her Headmistress tightly.
"Thank you... Thank you so much for letting me stay here, Headmistress. It means so much to me. I love Bai Ching."

Kenny really, really hated home ec. Angel had convinced her into doing it and, in a moment of sugar deprived weakness, she'd given in willing. But now, as she stared in horror at the threaded needle in her hand and the skirt pattern in her lap, she prayed to every diety she knew that the school would catch on fire and spare her before she ended up creating a mini atrocity once more. Last time, it had been a dress that her teacher had pitilessly ripped apart and described as a burlap sack. Yeah, she really, really hated home ec...

Arielle smiled, accepting Evermore's hug with grace. It seemed that she was getting many hugs from the girl today. Somewhat unusual, but she didn't mind. "Of course, Evermore. I am honored to have you here. You are like a daughter to me."

From her station next to Kenny, Aurora was already finished cutting out the fabric to the desired size and was carefully pinning it in the fashion that she wanted to sew it. She glanced at her neighbor, who seemed to be completely lost and horrified, and she remembered vaguely that this was the girl who couldn't sew at all.
It was quite sad, really, but she decided she could try to help. Her mother always said it was nice to help others, and her father had taught her much of what she currently knew about sewing, so perhaps she could pass on some of the knowledge. (He was a tailor of sorts.) So, pointing at the needle, she said, "It truly is much easier to use the sewing machine. Sewing by hand is trickier."

Tears formed in Ever's eyes as she heard her Headmistress's words. She had never really had a mother. Gods didn't exactly make good parents.
She wanted to stay in her Headmistress's arms longer, but she knew it wouldn't be appropriate. She wondered if, in the future, the Headmistress would allow Ever to come up to her office more often, just to be around her, to spend time with her. She'd never really gotten a chance to ask a woman older than herself about certain questions, like special ways to apply make-up, do your hair... Bai Ching was great in teaching women how to dress properly and what spells to use for hair, but Ever wanted to learn how to fix her hair by hand, without the help of spells and incantations.
Of course, that could just be an excuse to hang out more with her Headmistress. She even wondered if the Headmistress would allow her to call her a less-formal name in the future.
Ever sighed. She was getting carried away with herself, just because her Headmistress said she thought of Ever as a daughter. Sometimes Ever's excitement really could get the best of her.
Ever reluctantly pulled back and smiled once more at the Headmistress. "Thank you again, Headmistress."

Arielle smiled at Evermore, and pushed some hair out of the girl's face. "Any time," she said.

Akira had signed ever so softly, oh so greatful that she would be allowed entrance because of who she was and not because of her race!
She smiled as she watched, somewhat amazed, Evermore give another hug to the Headmistress, and was happy that things seemed to finally calm down. After all, she wasn't sure how much more she'd be able to take, since she was still very sleepy from the lack of sleep the night before.

Even though Ever was tired after all that had happened, she was too excited to find this room that her Headmistress had just told them about! She turned to look at Akira and smiled brightly.
"Akira, let's go find the room!"
She looked at the elegant tome on the desk and then looked at her Headmistress again. "Umm, Headmistress, do you want me to take the book to the secret room if we can find it, or leave it here and come up here to read it when I have time?"

Shintero was startled a bit when a plant suddenly grew out of the water he conjured up and began to speak. He was about to say something but was cut off by Kindra. "I dont know what make you think we are trespassing, but im a student who just transferred here from the mystic fountain high school. My friend Shintero here has been acting as my body guard in a sorts, the reason for that though is quiet a long story. As for the dragon that's behind us, it is actually not a real dragon but one formed from Shintero's spells." She didn't take lightly to being called a trespasser, and had hoped that her explanation had cleared things up.
