~The HoKage's Office~
The next morning you arrive at the HoKage's office and she states, "Your next assignment will be with Akira has Squad leader. You are to escort the emissary from the Country of Wind. There shouldn't be any problems but given the emissary is the daughter of one of the Daimyo's she needs a shinobi escort to be safe."
After walking outside you see a small 3 cart caravan with a young woman dressed in robes proper for the Wind Country's nobility.

"Woohoo, I'm moving up in the world. I've gone from easy mindless battles to protecting a Wind Daimyo's daughter, whats this a C-Rank mission, or is it going to be one of those trippy missions that look easier than they are?" Tyson asked in a tone that made it practiclly impossible to tell whether he was serious or being sarcastic.

Zanzu however was far from confusing, he made it quite clear how he felt about the mission. "Whoopdeedooo...I'm a friggin body guard for some spoiled brat. That old hag has to be giving me these missions in hopes that I'll leave the leaf so she can kill me or something."

The young woman smiled and then squinted her eyes as if to realize something. Turning in a huff she entered the middle cart. without saying a word. Her face was covered by a veil at the moment, but her green eyes quite visibly showed some anger.
Renka, heh guess she's doing well. Akira whistled to himself as if finding something oddly entertaining and waved for the other two to follow as he made his way to the caravan. "Oi oi. We're you're escorts." Akira shouted to the head of the caravan. Who's eyes almost jumped out from their sockets at the news.
"The leaf insults us sending only children."

"Oi, who are you calling a kid, you old coot!" Maybe Zanzu and Akira were still of the age considered by most to be a child. But he was 18, and didn't appreciate being called a kid. Then of course there was always the fact that all ninja no matter how young were considered adults, or at least were supposed to be treated as such.

"Heh...And should we save your life on this journey, We'll see just who is the one being insulted." Zanzu smiled kindly though it was fairly obvious there was no kindness intended, "Though with such rudeness I might lose my footing at a very poor time due to the distraction it brings to my mind. Despite our age we are shinobi of the hidden leaf, and would not be given missions we weren't capable of."
Zanzu smirked slightly then began to walk towards the back of the caravan while calling out to Akira, "Oi, I'll be keeping watch in the back incase anybody should be trying to sneak up on us..." Though personally I'd like to take the front...The Inuzuka is far better suited for taking the lead, though a Hyuuga would be far better all around if we were going to be ambushed.

"I guess I'll be in the middle with the girl." Akira said not making one of his usual comments about such a situation. He paid no mind to the comment about them being kids and allowed Tyson and Zanzu to have their fun about it. Geez, they're so excitable...speaking of excitable.
Akira stepped into the middle cart with a sigh. He opened the door, and was slapped on arrival. "Baka, honestly I can't believe they would send you of all people."
"I guess that's one way to say hello."
"I guess you're with me boy." The man in the front called out to Tyson.

"Great this should be a barrel of laughs,"Tyson muttered before stepping up onto the side of the front cart, his weight shouldn't tip it and off the side would really be the best spot to pick up scents plus he could hop down and walk if the old man started to annoy him. Aca appeared from nowheres and hopped up into the cart. "There you are you little b*****d, where were you this time?" A couple yips later was all the answer Tyson needed, "again? Why don't you just bring her home? Tara could use the company anyways."

Zanzu sighed slightly as he reached the back of the caravan. Why exactly did I want to be a ninja again? This crap seems hardly worth it...Protecting some snotty nosed brat who can't even respect what we're doing. He hopped into the back cart, curling up against one of the walls as he began waiting patiently for the caravan to move out.

Zanzu's cart had four other people, two guards and two twin boys about 5, staring at the shinobi who just suddenly curled up without a word. One of the boys threw a toy ball at Zanzu wanting to play. The man leading the caravan gave out a powerful laugh as they began to move.
Objective: Travel Days
Make a Journal of your travels to the border of the country of Wind. The trip will take approximately two days because of the small size of the caravan. So make the story as funny or as boring as you want. Don't worry I'll post my journal after you two do so you won't suffer alone.

Day One
Whoopie, on the road again, everybody now, on the road again! Alright enough of that crap. How long is this supposed to be again? Oh yea two days, great two days listening to that old man, alright what did I do today... I fed Aca, then taught him a new trick, cleaned my sword... oh yeah the old man didn't seem to like that part, maybe he seemed threatened. Let's see then I was cleaning the rest of my tools, then took a nap, woke up and it was night. All I remember was eating then pulling out a scroll to write this on, well it's late, the old man is asleep, I think I'll enjoy some peace and quite before going back to sleep.
Day Two
Woohoo day two, still as boring as when we set out. Same old routine nothing out of the ordinary, didn't clean my weapons today since they were still fresh from yesterday, instead I argued with the old man for an hour or so, wound up getting mad and walking for a few hours to cool down, hopped back into the cart and began round two, which just ended about ten minutes ago, hey is that a building? It is theres more near it, we must finally be there.
((Yea it's short and not very interesting, but a journal format never is very interesting since it doesn't actually hold any of the conversation.))
