It isnt.
Offensive material, in this case, being racial terms, are grounds for banning. But to be fair, I would have had Reiko at least first ask for people to stop before any action would be taken.

Assuming Silver paid you for the bet, it could be construed as a bribe to have me banned. And even then you'd have to ban Silver himself first, considering Reiko warned him once with a punch in the face and a cry of "IT ISN"T RIGHT." or however he phrased it.
It's like a cop being paid off to arrest someone for some meager crime. Sure the crime has been committed, but the officer's motivation for the arrest is more than questionable. Especially when the crime itself has repeatably gone unpunished with numerous other persons beforehand.

Moonblade was the one who was "punched" this morning.
Reiko only mentioned being offended by you and Silver.
I would have banned both of you anyway.
The bet was based on Silver's stupidity as to thinking that I do not have the ability to do perform the act. Because he lacks insight as to the heirarchy or whatever the hell you want to call it around here.
