Is that powered by an eye/eyes?
if so how many eyes? both, just one, or just a specific one?
and if it is, can that be transplanted?
Cuz as i see it the transplant options are, blood red eyes, sharingan, bykugan.
are there any more?

If your going to bug me about it im just going to tell you to read the transplant rules, and read the seki rengan bloodline description. cause it pretty easy answer. Hint: Seki Rengan users only have 1 eye that gives them the ability, the other is ordinary

probley not, im about to flat out cancel perkys exams. because she is not active enough to keep it organized, and it has little to no progess in about a week or two. not even close to voer, and keeping us from doing a guild wide one
