Unless Colossalcon is anywhere near Oklahoma, there's a distinct possibility I won't be there XD
Though if anyone here is planning to go to Akon in Dallas, Afest in Dallas, or Tokyo in Tulsa in Oklahoma, you probably won't see me at a con xD Ahahaha too bad for you..or..too good for you if you don't give a rats a** XD
My sis and I should have some cosplay progress later today, might post a pic or something if anyones interested. And..hell, even if you're not, I'm gonna post it anyways xD

Due to the fact that Colossalcon is not in this state... it's highly unlikely that I will be going there either.... (not that I wouldn't travel out of state to cosplay... but I think I would need a good reason other than that)

Oh Faux Fur? xD Oh god..if you NEED to have it and sew it..get ready for a lot of time xDDDD My sis TRIES to sew it on a machine, and sometimes she can, but for the most part Faux Fur is FAR too thick and must be hand sewed x_x;; She just spent a few HOURS last night sewing fur trim to a jacket that she made that there was just NO WAY she could sew it using her sewing machine, reason being : LOTS AND LOTS OF BROKEN NEEDLES o___o
She's gonna SOOO HATE ME when I need her to sew my fur coat together soon xDDDDD

I suppose it really depends on the length of the fur. I've been sewing with VERY LONG furry fur xD I don't want to clog my sewing machine with fur or break needles after needles so I can't sew fur on my sewing machine. I think it would be easier to sew fur if you weren't sewing fur side up though xD What I was doing yesterday required me to sew directly onto the furry fur part and there's no way I could see white stitches on WHITE fur x_x; plus the back side of the fur that doesn't have any fur on it... it's pretty thick and I'm always afraid I'll end up with a needle breaking sorry if that didn't help x__x; I usually have to hand sew anything that has fur x__x; especially the damn fur trim from yesterday Dx; such a b***h! My fingers still hurt ;_____; btw... you should use a thimble... I don't cause I never have and it'd feel weird xD; but uh... probably should use one if you have to hand sew xD

I was playing zOMG earlier farming Old Aqueduct and HOLY CRAP WHAT IS THAT THING  WHAT IS A WALKER DOING OUTSIDE THE HIVE FSGDSGSF Apparantly they added new enemies recently, I had no idea. gonk Thats what happens when you don't play for ages. crying

I might try using the sewing machine first... cause technically I have to make 2 costumes... A friend of mine is going as Koga... and that means tons of fur.... (he has no clue how to sew crying )

Also.... I don't know how it always works out this way, but I'm usually always cosplaying a character that's after his characters a**.... I once played Shampoo from Ranma 1/2 so he decided to play Ranma... now I'm cosplaying Ayame and he decides on Koga.... *wonders if he does this on purpose* probably not.... confused

I swear I must have read like 12 volumes of Bleach yesterday. (No idea about volumes since the online manga site does it by chapters, not volumes.) Buh.
Knuxie, I live in the dorms in RIT, in New York. So I'm really only in Michigan during breaks now... but I'm so looking forward to summer break. XD
But whoa... sewing faux fur. I never sew it myself before but I can imagine all of my sewing machine needles breaking from it... :0

it's a miracle... I sewed the faux black fur on the sewing machine inside out o coarse so that the fur sides face each other so it's the two backs that are facing me and such and I sewed it on the sewing machine O____O
strange thing was, I broke TWO NEEDLES sewing the hem of my cape and it was suede... I didn't break one needle sewing the fur O___O what the ******** XD
I still have so much to do =_=; but I actually WORK TOMORROW so I'll get in a little more money that'll be spent on hooker boots xD

New update on Phin Phang xD You can now finally have a Water Meat in your tank..but is 7.49 worth it? I saw one in someone's tank that was like..sooooo tiny I didn't even notice it until they pointed it out.
As much as I LOVE water meats..I am sooo not getting one, at least not until I find out if they benefit my tank or not. xD
There's some cute new items though, I might have to check those out.

but at least we know that faux fur can be sewn on a machine with out needle breakage ^_^
(I now have new found hope for my fingers not being destroyed *sigh*)
they're selling the water meat for 7.49? O_O I don't really feel that it's worth it.... I'm not saying that water meat isn't adorable as all heck.... but still not worth it.... crying

Jade, I COMPLETELY agree with you about the Watermeat. I love that strange looking b*****d, but it doesn't even live as long as the Mermaid and it's the same price o_o; That's just.. WRONG.
