Tohru set down her cup and nodded at her sisters. "Let's get started!" she said happily.

"We'll start now," Tora smiles. She goes to her vanaty and sits down. She prepares her things to teach Hara and Tohru about make-up. "This," she points out, holding a can of white past-powder, "is the base of it all. This is Oshiroi," she says. "If you don't get this part right, the rest of the make-up will be off." Tora places it back down. She points out the rest of the supplies. "This is our chalk to outline our eye-brows called 'Ohaguro'," she says pointing to to piece of black charcole. "This is colored powder for our eyes and a tad for our cheeks." Tora picks up a stick of green cake-like texture, "This, applied with a wet brush, forms our lipstick. It is called 'Kyo Beni'."

Hara watched Tora Carefully..... Trying to remember everything that she was being shown...

Tohru nodded memorizing everything Tora told them. She quietly quizzed herself in her mind, making sure to name everything correctly.

Umemi stands silently watching the girls carefully, she had to go out on some business for the Okiya but she had returned once again and wanted to know how everything was. She sighed ruefully and headed back to her quarters where she sipped at some green tea and read some of the accounting books.

Shagatsu saw who he thought to be the Okiya mother walk in. He took Omny and knocked on mothers' quarters doors.

She smiled and stood by his side. "Okaa-san. It is me, Omny. I am with the man I talked to you about earlier." Her heands slowly pulled teh door open, but just enought so she could stick her head in.

Umemi was slightly startled though easily composed herself when she heard someone knocking on her door "come in" she called out, she positioned herself so that she was facing the visitor and smiled politely.

Omny bowed very low and pulled shagatsu intot he room. " Okaa-san this is Shagatsu, he wants to b ecome my danna." she said politly.

"Well hello, isn't this nice?" Umemi asked as she rose politely and motioned for the pair to sit more comfortably, she rang her bell so that serena or the training maikos could bring her and her companions some tea.

She gracfuly sat down next to him, with a relaxed smile. "Okaa-san, I just would like to say thank you for taking your time with me." Omny smiled.
