I don't even know why I hang out in the main ED anymore. If it's not fifty million threads about "Gay Marriage: Yes or no?" or "Why is it bad to be EMO?", it's getting invaded by a bunch of assholes who think posting the same picture a billion times is amusing.
I'm either a slow learner, or I like the pain.

AngryRobotsInc. I don't even know why I hang out in the main ED anymore. If it's not fifty million threads about "Gay Marriage: Yes or no?" or "Why is it bad to be EMO?", it's getting invaded by a bunch of assholes who think posting the same picture a billion times is amusing. I'm either a slow learner, or I like the pain. Oh Gods, I know what you mean. I would hang out in M&R more, but I don't know much about most religions. I'd like to learn more (hence the lurking) but I have no desire to know as much as the regulars at M&R.

I hope everyone who may be concerned had a good Thanksgiving.
Nothing like it. Moist turkey, dry ham, being a raider on my mother's behalf for Black Friday, and watching my meek cousin tell off an old lady who tried to steal his spot in line. Priceless. mrgreen

Weird a** dream of doom - aka this is what I get for falling asleep on Yggdrasil making flowers.
Nuri, Reagun and I are going to the same college for some reason; we're either alums or members, I'm not sure which. The bit I remember is in the front hall of one of the dorms or official buildings where Nuri's showing off all of the communication machines she's collected, including an old style telephone and a morse code machine. Something happens so that there's a miasma of some sort; Reagun suggests burning it off, so we move most of the furniture off to one side of the room and pour whiskey all over everything left (the machines and table and such) and set fire to it. It's a short lived fire. My mom comes in as we're wiping off the walls and floor and comments on how light and bright the room is, but didn't there used to be more furniture? We move the furniture back, saying we just needed to clean something up. The walls, floor, and ceiling are noticeable brighter.
Probably one of the more amusing random dreams I've had in a while. Also, an undeniably positive one, which is weird.
