it is a pleasant hobby... and cheap too xp
sad but I get bored while I am waiting on the other people sweatdrop
so.. I have a couple of questions about your chi manipulation... can you explain exactly how it works?
I mean, when Hono is attacked she would absorb fire, just suck it right in the same way that she crates it in the first place... if it was a physical or air based attack she would redirect it with a wind based counter... if it was an earth attack she would try to deflect it with wind, the same for water, but neither of the last two are truly her element ((yet wink )) and so she would be hard pressed to keep from taking some kind of damage...
now as for the fire, Hono is fire proof.. thanks to Sunstrike... but her clothes are not! do you see what I am asking about here? sweatdrop

You know how there are X-men who evolved so that their genetics gave them certain powers?
Chimagin had something similar, only it was their spirit evolved.
Chi is the energy of existence and non-existence, ever present and flowing from the stars and from the center of the earth.
Chakranchi is the art of using a chakra point to manipulate chi into an arcane effect.
How mana is manipulated by a mage to make fire, a Chimagin uses chi to make fire. Only, they cannot simply manipulate chi into anything. They are limited by the dominant chakra point that has evolved and that limit also make so that they can continually function on the aspects of their chakra point.
Kichiro's is tied to flame, thinking, and power/control.
An elementalist can feed flame by being tied to flame, a Chimagin simply is tied to chi and can turn it to fire if that's the chakra they are dominant in. Being in tune with that aspect of their spirit, it also makes them immune to it's physical effects.
Edit. And when fire gets close enough to his clothes, it's in his area of control so he can simply control it not to burn his clothes. He's been doing it for years, so he doesn't really even mention or have to think about doing that.

sweatdrop what I am saying dear is that your post appears to be lacking in the detail area... the mundane things can make what we do more real.
You shrugged off Vahn's attack like he hadn't even been there. I think it would have looked better if you had at least mentally worried about your clothes catching fire, or mentioned that the ground around you was scorched, not being as lucky with fire as Kichiro is, or even mentioned that you took all the "power" that he had just thrown at you and turned it on your opponent!
I should likely just go back to sleep, I doubt that anyone thinks I am a good enough RPer to be giving advice sweatdrop

Vahn didn't say how he created all that concussive force, or how he fired it all rapidly without charge times, and towards me and all that stuff about how it was unstable and exploding everywhere. I just responded with the same amount of detail.
He's not taking me serious, so I'm not going to take him serious.
He starts taking me serious, I'll start taking him serious.
Kichiro was ready to engage hand to hand with Sun, seeing Vahn come rushing in and throwing exploding balls, it was all Kichiro could do to stay in stance and protect against it.
