ah ha, we have a Jar Jar-aphobia here. He is only in Ep 3 for one or two scenes and only says one thing "scusa mei." Fear not, Jar Jar does not bring this film down.

Jar Jar was the only one that the Palpatine could fool into giving him emergancy power over the senate. Jar Jar wanted to impress Padme by being someone big and important. He knew that Padme trusted Palpatine and was more then willing to do what ever he asked. All because he thought that was what Padme would do. So, in my eyes, no one else was more fitting the role that Jar Jar played.

Now onto the Luke and Vader problem. I also have grown up with Luke and Vader but I always wanted to know more of Obi Wun. I wanted to know why he was on Tatoonie and why he was killed by Vader so easily. Ep 3 helps with these questions. If you only see Ep 3, you would not get as big a feeling that sometihng is missing. I always get this feeling when I watched Ep 4, 5 and 6 before Ep 1 and 2. And now re-watching all the Eps, that feeling is gone because the story is now complete.

You could not trully do Mystique with short hair.

In the comics she has long flowing red hair.

Jubilee might be better. Big yellow coat, short black hair and the funky 80's shades.

Yeah.. but I read all the books. I never had Obi-Wan worries, and it never bothered me that he fell to Vader as he did. Hell, from 4, 5 and 6 by themselves it was obvious that Vader and Obi-Wan had a much deeper histry than first glance showed just by the events that transpired and the way Obi-Wan speaks. And much as Jar Jar played the role assigned to him, he still SUCKED at it. Yes, ol' Georgy boy wanted to use a character in that fashion and with those reasons.. but JAR JAR?! Couldnt they have constructed a slightly LESS over-annoying, depressingly simple (in the STUPID way, not the 'I-Dont-Know-Any-Better' way) clutz? The actual character model I kinda like. Its just the 'brain' inside it that needs work. You can have someone who wishes to impress without them having to fall over every few mintes or get their tongue stuck in the most stupid of places, including electric currents.

Oh and btw... Im not saying your views are wrong, just that I personally have issues xd Welcome to the guild?! hehehe

Thats why it'd have to be X-Factor Mystique. You could MAYBE pull it off then. With lots of luck and extensions. But yar, Roof would make an AWESOME Jubilee.

Can we make a which X- Man/ Woman are you thread? It's my fave game, I love playing it, especially at work when you're bored. You have to say which you're most like, then which you'd choose to be, then if you had your own mutant power what it would probably be, then what mutant power you'd choose! It can be a fun thread for a while that gets deleted after we've done? I like it coz if you explain your choices, it really reveals a lot about the person!
Eg -
I'm most like Jubilee coz she's a bit crazy and not as serious or grown up as the others, and her power is basically SPARKLYNESS!
I'd choose to be Mystique coz I think shapeshifting powers are awesome, image is important to me.
I'd probably have the mutant power to make things happier! Although i do have mutant-like ability to do all sorts of things whilst sleeping, such as walking, writing, conversing...yup!
And I'd choose the mutant power of... erm, maybe changing into a winged unicorn with glittery mane?
