yoshi_mitsuko my mizu pendant lets me do one-handed seals. I can pull two jutsu instantaneously... yup yup and I have a enhancing jewel but it constantly takes out 1000 chakra points. But if I reach 5 posts with it on I get strength like that of tsunade ^^ man if I go more with that on my strength and speed will be godly.

Komen: The Alliance does sound awesome but a threat as well. I wonder if the Ghost Elites and the Alliance will butt head due to the immense power they give out. rolleyes

The rings should amplify the users abilities such as Itachi's does with his Sharigan and much isnt known after that but they are considered to be very prized even orchimaru still has his
