blackrogue if one is somewhat sick with a sore throat and a blistering headache...does anyone have any advice to get rid of the two?

any personal remedies...?? neutral Smoke a blunt of... White Widow!!! Just kidding. Drink salt water for the sore throat. No, do not go to the ocean. Get normal water and put salt in it. Doesn't Orange Juice cause flem when you have a sore throat. The salt water tastes bad, but it works.

Gargel, don't drink it. You need to do it alot for it too work, and drinking that much salt is a bad idea.
Also for the throat you could try drinking hot water with honey and lemon juice in it. Although I usually just have a constant supply of extra strength halls and eat them all day.
They do work really well, even if you do have to keep sucking them.

Oh yeah. I had it comfirmed my friend, you only do the salt water thing if your teeth hurt. You don't drink it neither, you just keep it in there. I once fought, and the dude punched me in the mouth, and my teeth were hurting like a b***h. My friend gave a glass of water with salt in it, and told me to keep it in my mouth, and to not swallow it. Whilst my cousin cleaned the cuts on my right cheek.

Orange juice works. Believe me. I've had many a sore throat and I've lost my voice twice. Orang juice soothes things in my throat and I personally like its slight bite as it goes down.

really.
orange juice..with some of the sore throats...burns so bad when its going down...its not just the cute little kick that orange juice gives...

I drink orange juice every time I have a sore throat. The vitamin C does wonders. And I never get the "bad" sting, but the good one. ^^ I find it soothing.
