I have a theory,Maybe his devil fruit is an ancient zoan type. Which allows him to become a wolf the breathes fire. As for the levitation stone maybe he got it in a mysterious cave or its some type of ancient treasure.

i ate a fruit that was turned me into a wolf,it made me wolf and gave me the power to breath fire

There is no such fruit, and that contradicts your hito hito no mi clause.
If you ate the hito hito no me, you've had to be a regular wolf. Eating the hito hito no me would've given you human-like qualities, not fire.
In order for you character to logically have the powers it has now, he would've had to have been a human, who ate the inu inu no mi: model wolf and have eaten the mera mera no mi. But that's not possible, he would've died.

I know micco approved it, otherwise you wouldn't be on the list. But it defies the laws of Devil Fruits already preset by Eiichiro Oda. Although it seems most of us here have broken them anyway.
I'm serious when I say if you can't explain your character properly, I won't forgive you.

I've never broken any devil fruit laws. And Leo I have a good idea for your character. He could be like Chopper. He could have like 3 forms. You don't need fire power to kick a**. For example my character Lake uses his wind ability to support his sword skills. An example is this.. -Lake focuses a strong amount of wind at a certain area. He uses the air to push the merchant towards him. As he is doing this he charges towards the merchant preparing to deal a fatal blow to the merchants chest with his sword.-

Oh I remember. I made a slight mistake on my character Luke. I Gave him the ability to fly lol I was so idiotic then.

surprised That's not what I was referring too, but yes there was that too. I meant the ice powers. Our first rp was only a few years ahead of the actual storyline, right?
In Laws of Devil Fruits, a fruit power can happen more than one time, but not at the same time. (Which is the issue I have with Kaileigh and Amaya right now) surprised Since it was only a few years ahead, I'm pretty sure Aokiji wasn't dead. So there was that contradiction with Luke and Aokiji having the same power. That really is one of the only rules that many of us have broken.

Oh Well admiral akojji was dead when I created Luke's character. Since he never affected the story line I assumed he was dead.
