The look in question seemed to suggest that Bel knew something about this Kate person, and chances were that Auriga had been to preoccupied with what Fen was saying to notice it. Bel wasn't taking chances, hence the hand through hair trick.

He winked after saying this, then gave a brief nod to Kate, followed by a blink and a shrug. "Hi there, and ditto," Bel said cheerfully as she ran her free hand through her hair to hide the look she gave Kate, "nice dress." And some water to drink as well. *looks back down at Yuui, gently shakes him, and says in a soft voice* Yuui? I need you to wake up for a little bit. You need to drink some water... "Oh!" She stared down at her dress as if appreciating the compliment given from Bel. "Ummm... Thank you." It had seemed Yuui's fever was getting worse. With the sounds of his discomfort, she turned around and watched as Auriga ran over to his side. "I wish I had my potions with me. Something that could cure fevers. He wouldn't be suffering as much."(( CALLED IT. ))

Just the uncontrollable runs
Only 5% of it was water and 100% was favor to taste like clean water and 95% was my special cocktail to make you have the runs
If you had a drop of it
You'll have the runs for 24 hours and it'll kick in 5 more minutes
