Shadowhearts scales regained some of their luster as they entered the Master Emerald.

What they entered was the remains a huge empire but yours truly the leader of it was nowhere to be found. Instead the realm was fought with black echidnas.

Ali and Richard looked around them when they saw the black echidnas and Ali was a little worried "are these the Dark versions?" she asked as she held tightly to her father's arm

Eggman was found in an abandoned part of his empire as a bum and everyone of the Echidnas laughing at him as he tried to survive off of the bare essentials that they were forced to give him by Dark Tikal. Tails was first to spot him.
"That's not right even for Eggman I can't believe I am saying this but we have to help him. Tails exclaimed.
