"I can't stay here Ovaan." Kelala whispered as she curled up into a tighter ball. It sounded tempting to stay here, it was safe for the most part and she wouldn't be alone.

"Why not?" He pouted. Placing a hand on each side of her, he leaned over her, his head cocked to the side. "If that life stinks so much, why don't you stay here?"

Kelala looked up at him and sighed softly. "I have to do something ok." With that said she closed her eyes and layed her head back down.

Ovaan sighed grumpily. "Fine. I'd pester you further, but it's killing me to hold myself up like this." With that, he rolled off of her, lying beside her and breathing heavily as he tried to catch his breath, holding his aching side. "So what is it you have to do, anyway?" He grumped.

"I have to retrieve something important for my people. It was stolen and I need to get it back." Kelala replied as she stifled a yawn. For such an easy day she was rather tired. Snuggeling deeper int he blankets her body shifted closer to him.

"Great." Ovaan said, with a hint of sarcasm in his voice. "But you know you still can't leave." He felt her body move closer to him and leapt up. "Well, goodnight." He said, trying to calm his racing heart.

His words fell on death ears as she went into deep slumber. Mumbeling something she turned in her sleep so she was facing him which only brougt them closer. A small smile formed on Kelalas face as she slept.

He frowned at her as she fell asleep on him. Fine. See if he cared. She looked so peacefully pretty when she was asleep, though...He felt his heart kick up again and turned his back on her, placing a hand on his hip as a substitute for crossing his arms, not wanting to hurt his already aching side. "Humph."

Kelala groans in her sleep as she snuggled deeper into the blankets. Once again she went back into deep slumber mumbeling every so often.

Ovaan paced. She really was going to try to leave. She couldn't do that! It would kill her. He didn't think he could bear that. He was desperate. He had to do something to get her to stay. He walked over to her and stood above where she lay, thinking. Finally, he waved his hand. A chunk of wood floated to his hands, as well as a knife. He got to work.
By morning Kelala was shackled to the wall by her ankle, a homemade, but still very tough, shackle and chain binding her from leaving.
Ovaan perched on his bed, waiting for her to wake up.

Ovaan nearly leapt out of his skin when she screamed. Oh no. What had he done? He'd unleashed a banshee! "Wouldja shut up?!" He demanded, standing over her, again with his hand on his hip. "What's your problem? You're going to wake the dead!"

Kelala resorted to whimpering as she began to claw at the shackel. "Why Ovaan." She said as tears began to form in her eyes again. Being restrained is something she hated it frigthened her really. Not being able to escape scared her to death.

Ovaan swallowed, shifting his weight as she began to whimper and pull at the shackel. "I...I didn't...mean to..." He knelt beside her. "I didn't want you to leave." He whimpered helplessly, a child afraid he'd gotten in trouble.

Kelala attempted to break the shackle but it was in vain. Looking at him with pleading eyes. "Please don't do this to me." She begged as more tears began to flow and breathing became more frantic. It seemed as if a panic attack was about to happen soon.
