nope, FTF me boy, I had to stack logs, and I have 2 other brothers to share the work load with so I only had to do a thrid of the work.

may not be needed, but i like to have one so i can have a 'character feel' and such to base off of, makes it easier to stay in character and not let my own personality corrupt my rpc's actions.
