"Pitiful." I froze. He suddenly materialized in front of me. "Can't even help a half demon." He shook his head. I could see the amusement in his dark eyes.
"K-kyo." I sputtered as he took a hold of my chin.
"Oh how cute my kitty is when she hates herself." He smiled.

I could feel the power bubbling up from anger in Kyo. I pushed Alex out of the way as spikes of dark energy flew at him.
I was laying face down in the dirt before I felt the pain of the spikes and the blood trickling down my back.
"Oh... my pretty kitty is just as stupid as always." Kyo stooped to brush some hair out of my face. My body wouldn't move or respond in any way.

I had to worn Alex. Kyo was just playing around with him. God it hurts. I had to do something before Kyo gets bored of playing with Alex and kills him... Kyo may look weak but he was a very high ranking demon.

Kyo caught the star. He bent it in half and dropped it, stomping on it he turned towards Alex.
Kyo stooped down to look at me. "I don't see why you would protect him, he can't even control his demon." Kyo laughed as he stroked my cheek. The wounds in my back were healed but the poison from the attack lingered in my bloodstream.
