Redd and Dart: I just gave the link to 3 new people. All wanted the link to our humble home. Hopefully they will all join. One is Tezentch, another Chaos Undivided! Two more Chaos members! The third, well I didn't really catch his army.

RE marines taking hits and not falling over much;
I completely agree that their stats are too low. If you want an idea of the 'real' quality of Marines check these Inquisitor stats out. (100 is considered the max. for humans.)
Inquisitor scale Imperial Guard Officer WS 56 BS 64 Strength 60 Toughness 53 Initiative 55 Willpower (focus/ stubborness etc.) 52 Sagacity (Intelligence) 42 Nerve (Courage under fire) 70 Ld 55
now that soldier is pretty hot, he's uber-hot in fact. But take a look at the Marine:
Inquisitor scale Space Marine WS 75 BS 82 Strength 200 Toughness 153 Initiative 85 Willpower (focus/ stubborness etc.) 75 Sagacity (Intelligence) 75 Nerve (Courage under fire) 95 Ld 70
And he is just a normal, simple space marine.
Says it all really.

Heh, now that I've seen that I should problaby hook me up with a little inquisitor. Although I don't know much about the game from the look of that comparison it looks like the space marines finally get the respect they deserve. Eh, if only they'd do it for 40k. One of the things I really dislike is how uber they decided to make Daemons, especially Greater Daemons. I know for a fact that it is not uncommon for a Grey Knight to whop down one or two of those General Manifestations in his time. Especially the ones that survive long enough to hit higher ranks, but they sure don't hold back on those hippies now do they?

Well, although I think Daemons need to be toned down in the game, and the Space Marines up, I meant my non-enjoying of Daemons on more of a fluff basis, not a game one. Naturally though, I would...they are manifestations of the power I've grown to hate so much. Although, bring Daemons against my Grey Knights...trust me...it'll be fun. 3nodding

That would be a waste of points, I know you could murder them so I might just stick to regular Plague Marines.

Yeah, although most of my nasty anti-daemon wargear can only be used on one squad, although I do still have some pretty cool psychic powers and special weapons that'll eat up your Daemons. (Like the Psycannon, Incinerator, Destroy Daemon, etc.)

But I guess I had enough for wrath for Dart to beat him...barely...Well I await our battle indeed.

Yes, but thats the only thing about WarHammer, its so luck orientated...it's almost hard to tell who the better commander is at the games outcome. confused Pretty annoying especially for a person with horrible luck.

I have another possible applicant who should be applying soon; Lady Eliza is my Space Marine Partner in crime! (Those Red Terminators belong to her, but I painted them for her) she also plays Inquisitor.
