Now I'm thoroughly confused, after learning a or some technique(s) do we stay in said place until we learn each listed, then leave, or are we allowed to leave upon learning just one?

You can learn one technique from say... The ninja school. And then leave and begin learning from your 'home' location, using any extra words from the previous location.
What you cant do, is once you go somewhere else. Use training from the new place for MORE techniques from the previous.
So: I write 800 words in The Ninja Academy. I spend 700 of those words to learn Strong Arm. I then travel to Central City. I write 800 words in Central City. I spend those 800, plus the previous 100. Making 900, so I can learn Elegant Blaster.
What you cant do is.
Cant do is Underlined I write 800 words in The Ninja Academy. I spend 700 of those words to learn Strong Arm. I then travel to Central City. I write 1300 words in Central City. I spend those 1300, plus the previous 100. Making 1400, so I can learn Elegant Blaster which costs 900. I then spend the remaining 500 so I can learn Sealing Technique from The Ninja Academy.
Since you're not AT the Ninja Academy, you cannot learn a technique from there. This last part is just a technicality, it may confuse you, and if it does, ignore it. haha
basically; make a Training completion post, when or as you're leaving to another location. And then if you have anything leftover, add it to the new place. 3nodding You CAN go back and learn other things later though.

So, I think we can safely say this place got off to a really good start. That's good, more people to devour, haha.
Now to try to think of a good custom for my Dragon. Leaning toward something to sort of 'beast out' get claws and wings and so forth. Either that or a boost to the Absorption, retention perhaps. Opinions?
Hopefully I wouldn't be 'dragon' fights out with it.

I think I'm gonna have to post the index on the profile page as well for people who don't read the guidelines. I'm getting annoyed now when I see techniques that aren't in the guild as a starter. If I wanted two made ups I'd say create two instead of create a custom and a choose a starter from your own classification or race. Reaver, I'm gonna use that explanation... somewhere
