I totally agree on that xD Text is terrible for things like that, which is why I tend to use a lot of emotes. Doesn't always work, though. *Flail at noogie* >w<
I imagine that's not a lot of fun *pats* My dad works with a lot of server and computer dealies, and there have been more than a few times when he comes home after doing way too many hours of overtime because something or other crashed or wasn't shut down properly so it had to be fixed with it was started up and all kinds of things like that. I could never do that xD
Which is why I'm glad my dad is here when ever I have computer issues xD *fail*

Yar XD Emotes help a lot-- just text walls (other than those in RP, of course!) sometimes can distinguish a certain sense of tone but, then again, it can still be tricky. Now if it was something like ventrillo where you could -hear- voices that would be different, roffle!
Oh man, seems like your Dad definitely does the same work I do. It can be tedious but it has its own rewards. Although it seems that whenever my family or friends have tech issues that I'm the one who has to fix things. Its like work follows me home at that point >o> But as long as I can fix it then its cool. If I can't... then I get aggro D:
