My law enforcement isn't incompetent, but I can't say anything about anyone else's.
Security Officers will mess you up, but there are none around here.

the city guards are mostly NPC's... it is the other players that you have to worry about

So yeah I posted in Lament (finally). Yes, I made my first post as a villain, so I feel pretty good now. He, I am even wondering if there will be updates for Villainy 101.

In regards to organizing the guild:
I'd say you guys should define a scope for what should go in the Levi and what shouldn't. For example, say that the Levi is limited to the continent that Barton and such are on. That way everything seems cohesive and if some douche says, "But I want to make something that doesn't fit into any subforums", you can reply, "Tough titties".
I know what you're saying. "Joseph, won't that limit the Levi too much? What if we want to do a plot somehwere else than Levi's scope?" Well once again tough titties, then you should visit somewhere else on Gaia. Why? Well this magical thing happens when you go other places: you meet other people, and god forbid, bring them back to the Levi.
Thus the Levi gets fesh meat, people have plots that make sense and effect the world the Levi is limited to, and we get a flow between guilds. Hell, just look at all the other potential location guilds that could create a super-guild ring: Azum, my A~E, the Encycopedia Bartonica (AKA where events go down), LevKit. Each one would be canon with the other, and have their own revelant plots going on.
More importantly, they'd each have their own staff so it's no longer an epic task for our overworked Levi-mods to organize everything on Gaia ever, and then some.
