Basically, I designed and built that structure in the image.

Ethereal Cereal Random thought, but this is an example of what happens when I get bored and I'm playing Minecraft. Also, hi all. Does it have fire up top for beacon purposes at night or is that a viewing platform?

It's not like a lighthouse or anything, it's more that I wanted something that was visible from a distance. I built that over the above-ground entrance to a large, labyrinthine stronghold that I wanted to use as a place of residence. That top floor is something of a viewing platform, as you said.

Seretti Despite my questing, I'm not really THAT eager to make profit. I play zOMG until I get nerfed, but that's pretty much it. And I'm not greedy like many others are and actually donate to others who are questing. I like being helpful in some way. I caught your glow and grabbed your tank.
I tried to make a decent tank that yields a decent profit (hey, 700-1000 isn't bad for a minute-long game), but its so hard to get people to play. Most people look for dolphins, maids, air sharks, coatls and enkis. So, once my lighning bugs die, I think I'll retire the tank for awhile.
I actually like playing tanks with knight fish. I usually get an item from them. Where I can play about 25 tanks with enki and get nothing.

But I guess that I just got very lucky. Personally, I love the Knight Fish myself and will be buying more very soon. The ones I have right now don't have too long left sad I read up on different fish and apparently Cathulu has a warning label on it, but I don't really care. I'm so in love with it that I will try to save up for another one.

gaia_nitemareleft Oooh, it's so much fun! It has dragons, goblins, alchemy, dragons, smithing, crafting and did I tell you about the dragons! xd The Oblivion was good but the quests got boring real quickly. Just an Excuse, I so know what you mean about the side quests... Skyrim is like adhd persons heaven/hell. Everytime I try to go to visit the greybeards (it's part of the main story) I go "ooh, I wonder what's in that cave" and get involved in some other side quest and of course I'll have to go back to the city to get the rewards etc. sweatdrop What I really love about Skyrim is that you can navigate your way in the map by just looking around. The map and the game surroundings actually match so you can plan your way into some place looking at the valleys ahead of you. emotion_awesome gaia_angelright

It's so hard to be patient. lol What kind of character do you play? Do you beat things up with a big axe? use magic? Or are you more stealthy? Or maybe combo of things. @Ethereal - my hubby is really into minecraft right now too. He also builds really high towers over his house so he can see it from a distance - nothing so elaborate as what you did. Although.. he's had a tiny little house with a trap door that goes down into a huge mine/dungeon.

Most of my work doesn't involve much planning. I just kinda wing it, and my ideas get more and more grandiose and my projects become more and more ambitious, until you have something like what I did here: Started off as a regular 3D rectangle building. Then I got the idea to build up the exterior so it looks like a pyramid. Then after that was done, I built an inverted pyramid above the first pyramid, and then built the shell around that. In all, took me two or three days to complete.

I play a High Elf and use a combination of destruction magic and sword. I'm horrible with a bow (like, honestly couldn't hit the broad side of a barn). I'm pretty stealthy, but not in combat. I'll spend a good two hours pick-pocketing, looting houses, taverns etc.
The BF is playing it right now and I really want to steal the controller away from him. blaugh

Sammirah Really? What kind of warning? It was something about Cathulu not dropping nearly enough to make it worth buying. There were some other fish that were on the same list but as I'm not trying to build up a booty grab heaven, I didn't pay too much attention on it. All the statistics and calculations were a bit boring to me anyway.
