God I loved the old ones. The new animated ones make me die a little inside. The live actions ones also made me die a little inside.

The live action needs to be shot, tarred, feathered, and burried in a haunted house. I mean, a femal ninja turtles? i don't think so.
The new ones I love for other reasons. Because they follow the comics more, because they have individaul presonalities (in the old cartoon they end up all meshing together, becoming one and the same) the animation totally rocks, some of the subtlties are amazing. Because they aren't obsessed with pizza, because Mikey has a cat, ...I could go on forever. *looks at TMNT giuld* yeah, foever.

I think they threw her into the group to try and get girl viewers. Hell, lame as story about 'Oh no, I was wrong...there were five of you, not four.'

As I understand it, she was born alongside the other turtles, but was raised by another master, a friend of the master that once taught master Splinter, and then don't get me started with that dragon thing, what he kills shedder in the first episode, yeah rght, that would be like killin darth in the first scence.
