The beam strikes, just as it was suppose too, and soon all four of the energy disturbances were gone. Hidjie was sitting on a nearby hillside, cloaked under a customly designed covert system. "Almost..." Standing up he slowly walked away.

Zio..... use sonar and heat sensors to scan the surrounding area in a 7 mile radius..... report your findings, if any. Recharge the north cannon

Focht walks up to the top of a tall near by hill and takes a look to see what happened. He spots the impact area from the cannon blast and just looks around for any other signs of activity. He would show up on Sonar but not the heat scan.

The only thing that Zio would be able to catch Hidjie on was the sonar, but prior to his little 'visit' he had placed 4 large stones down, each one carved to look similar to his shape. When he arrived he destroyed one, so when Zio's sonar scans over the area the sound waves would bounce back as those four stones, or four Hidjies.

Zio: Lord Mastema, Several figures are perched on a nearby hillside, and another lone figure on another hill. What are your orders?
Mastema: I know who the second one is stare Perform a material scan as well as an energy scan on the first hill. Aim the east and south towers at the same spot. Leave the second be for now

Focht just stood there on top of the hill and watched for now. He was only here to be a spectator.

Hidjie flicked his covert systems off, giving Mastema a clear view of who was playing games with him...laughing at him behind his back and spitting at his defences. Hidjie even went so far as to send out a short burst of dirrect communications to Zio, "How ya doin, b*****d? Remember me? Of course you do! Tell your master to get off his lazy a**, or else I'm going to drop the fight on his front door step." There was a short burst of laughter after the transmission, but that was cut off as Hidjie ended the message.

*chuckles to himself. He was telepathically linked with Zio, somehow. Thus, he got the message clearly* Zio.... keep all cannons powered and ready. *He makes no retaliation to Hidjies threat*

Focht starts walking closer to the Citadel, just curious to see how close he could get for now. He made no attempt to hide his actions.

The truth of the matter is Thanatos... I too had to think over my truths and beliefs aswell... I think everyone does at one point or another... But-- I was also told that these truths and beliefs in you, have become.... personas... and I'm not sure what they may mean for you, when the time comes to evaluate everything you know hold in these personas...
