Samantha blinked, and for once, emotion brewed in her eyes. Was it
excitement again? "You know how to dance? W-Would you be able to teach
me one day?"
Back on topic with the Innocence Lady, she cringed only slightly. "Under
your skin? Isn't that a little intrusive?" Frowning a little, she twiddled Alice's
hair in her fingers. "It won't hurt, right?"
She yet again recomposed herself. She had to be brave here or else she
would never survive this war. Alice was clenched once more in her arms. She
had seen the Akuma in her town. Teeth gritted beneath her blank face as
she quickly walked in front of Kyle.

A large grin spread across Kyle's face at the small amount of emotion that the young girl was showing, nodding to her request. "I sure can! With your dancing skills, you should pick it up in no time!" he said, giving her a thumbs up, "you might even be as good as me some day~!"
"That's why I told you not to be afraid... it's apparently necessary to measure our level of synchronization with our Innocence..." With a small laugh, he answered her question, "No, no, as long as you don't try to fight with her, you won't get hurt. Maybe a bit creeped out, but not hurt. If I remember correctly, she's actually pretty nice once you get past her... appearance." Kyle increased his pace as Samantha got ahead of him, wondering why they were in a rush all of a sudden. "The science department's not going anywhere, you know?"

((Awh. Kyle teaching little Samantha more one dancingg~ ))
Samantha seemed to realize her pace had changed before adjusting it
accordingly. She stayed silent though as she continued on, the soft thuds of
her boots echoing slightly in the hall. Be brave. Be brave...
She continuously ran those words through her head, but Kyle nor anyone would
know. Her eyes stayed as empty as a doll's and her face plastered like
porcelain. She soon came to an intersection though and glanced around. She
really had no idea where she was going and looked back at Kyle.

Though she didn't say anything, he could tell that the small girl had heard him when she matched his pace once more, face completely empty of emotions. Apparently it would take much longer for her to get used to her new surroundings; Kyle refused to believe that this is how she was under normal circumstances, no matter what evidence he'd seen to contradict it.
"Just take a left here and it should be down the hall," he stated, breaking the silence when she looked at him questioningly. Kyle followed close behind, keeping up the one-sided conversation. "After a few days you should be able to find your way around the rooms we mainly use. There are tons of areas that we don't go in often, but they're easy to spot because they look old and dusty compared to these halls. That, and you can usually find a Finder or two walking the main halls at any time of the day," he continued, "I get that sometimes people like to explore, but if you get a craving I wouldn't recommend going alone."

"Why couldn't I go alone? If there are finders about, wouldn't I be okay to?" She
glanced up at him, curious. The thought that there may be monsters and
ghosts in the facility. She didn't really believe in them anyway. She was still
scared of the dark a bit though.
She was still curious though. Why did he warn her about not wandering around
on her own?

"I guess you could go alone, but... this castle is huge, so it would be pretty easy to get lost around here, especially for a kid," he stated, approaching the science department. "There are also tons of rumors about horrifying stuff going on around the deserted spots in the castle... you know, if you believe in ghosts and stuff."
On that casual note, Kyle opened the door and gestured to her to go in, pointing out a man of small stature who was sprawled out over a table with his head turned in their direction, revealing his large, round glasses. "That's Johnny over there. He's the one who makes the uniforms. Do you want to do that first, or meet with... uh... Heblaka first?" he asked, mispronouncing the strange woman's name.

((Derp. Posting before work. ;u; I can't believe this is my last day at that
McDonalds... I love everyone so much there.. ;n; ))
Samantha's eyes darted to all the people in the room, then to the huge
machines that were littered across the room, some in parts and others in slight
disrepair. She was curious, but not to the extent a 6 year old should be, and
so, she continued walking beside Kyle, taking a subconscious step closer.
"I'd like to check my Synchronization rate first if that's okay with you..." She
glanced to Johhny laying on the desk and silently though to herself that looked
rather uncomfortable. When it was mentioned that he was the one who made
the uniforms, she wondered yet again on how hers would look.

(( LOL You guys usually watch fireworks on New Years? XD We've never done that... but we're kind of a weird family, so... >_> What's your traditional snack?
SHHHHHH, DON'T GIVE HER ANY IDEAS!!! D: I think it should be considered longer, though... 2-3 pages every twenty chapters of (Is this still considered a spoiler?) him getting pulverized/injected with nasty parasites doesn't really seem like much of an appearance... orz ))
