they can track IP's.. that is how they find scamers and stuff like that.. so just ask to see proof that the account was botting... remind then that this dispite the fact that this is the internet, the laws of the USA still aply to them, and someone is innocent until proven guilty
I do not see how she could possibly have been botting without knowing it, so if they have a record of the IP that was being used while the account was botting and it does not even come from the same country as your cousin's normal IP then it is likely that the scammer was using a randome name generator to bot with 3nodding
if unfortunatly it came from the same IP that she usualy uses than I do not know what else to tell you dear.. besides that I will give you a new staff sweatdrop , witch will do nothing for your cousin, but besides my advice I do not know what to do for her...

Are people always so ostenatious in the opening ceremonies?
I mean... y'know, the stadium's job to entertain them now, the competitors' job during the matches, right?
