"No, I think it makes perfect sense, actually... even if they're even close to correct, it's not as if they define that part of our life. Not that they probably do that to begin with, but..," Kiah smirked a little and took another sip of her hot chocolate, hoping to see something better on the next flip. "Let's cross our fingers, then..."
The card she examined last seemed to be a bit more promising than the other two had been, and she waited patiently for Sil to finish up. The meaning was nearly ten times more reassuring than the other two had been, and Kiah smiled happily in response. "That one definitely beats out the other two, I'll tell you that much... the only bad thing about it is the struggle, but I think that goes without saying when it comes to life in general...," she commented, shrugging a little. "Thank you very much, Madame Silvia~."
Finally, she tucked Kiah's fate back into the cards and shuffled them lightly, laying them to rest again on the flat face of the counter while she took up her coffee again with a light snort into the ceramic. "My divination is, as you say, in my blood," she said mystically with what was likely an attempt at a Romani accent. "Not. No problem though. It gave me something to do. I always like to play with the cards but Lavi always walks in at the most inopportune times to make some cynical comment, so it's nice I made it through an entire reading without him bursting in with his killjoy beams on full blast."
