For sake of not being rude or starting arguments, I'm going to restrain from getting witty on you.
Chill.
Mecha = Mechanical.
A cyborg is mechanical. Flesh too, but it is mechanical.
And don't expect people to know things just because you do, regardless of what they are. Even intelligent people are often uninformed or misinformed. Do not expect anyone to know anything not stated in the area at question, ever.
