((Kiah: alex is my boyfriend ^_^' hahah he lives about an hour and a half away from where i live and tonight he's out with his friends at the movies...he was in this past weekend and we went to see it together....it was cute but i'm more excited for guardians [<-is a child]))

"Actually, my parents didn't spoil me that much. We've always been well-off enough, but they tried not to really spoil me. I never had any siblings. My parents were unable to have a child of their own, so they adopt me and were happy with that," she explained again, and then listened to him talk about his own family, and of course the Noah she once called hers as well, "Yeah...are you sure you can make such a commitment? I don't think you've ever managed not to stir something up."

Jacob theatrically feigned being hurt what she said, "your words...they wound me" he fell back and played dead a moment before sitting up quickly and smiling more. It felt good to be back here. He hadn't smiled in a while and it was nice to be home. "...this is where i come when i need a vacation....this place is my home too...even if i am transient ya know..." he looked around the room "and though i may not be able to commit...it doesn't make this any less important or special to me..."

Jacob shrugged. "that is true...but tell me honestly...wouldn't you miss me...even just a bit...if i never came back?" he asked, and the joking light in his eyes faded to a slightly more serious note. He'd come home for a reason, and though he didn't like admitting it, he needed this place and the stability it offered.
