I found an interesting video from youtube. Winter vs. Summer in Finland

Check it out if you want to see the difference between our winter and summer. Though, I have to mention that it seems that this video is taken from south of Finland. If it would of been north, then the winter screen would of been almost dark all the time and the summer screen sunny. xp

That is really cool. Thanks for the link smile

In our gamers lounge thread I'm starting over with the aquarium thread. If anyone knows of some good current guides to aquariums and/or booty grab please go post there and I'll add it to the first page. smile

With all they have done to it, my advice is now mostly don't bother. neutral It's gone from where you could power through and make 40,000 to 60,000 gold in a day to, if you're lucky, making 4,200 in a day – my average is 400. gonk

After the game yesterday night people gathered around in the centers of cities singing, chanting, hugging, kissing and joying the victory. I've never seen people go this crazy around here over something. biggrin

Advertistment: Felt exceptionally awesome today? Saw an ladybug that made you smile? Go an share your great moments on the "That Made My Day" thread in the AGA's Life Issues -section. Now with a brand new poll!

Well, first day of summer classes today. Only two this summer, but it should be enough to lighten the load for the Fall. I may take three next summer, if I'm feeling especially ambitious.

I wonder if I'll like night classes more than regular morning classes...

For me I had a harder time being motivated to get to those evening classes - but once I was there it was fine. Good on you for taking summer classes. smile

@Lily - Congrats to Finland! *throws more confetti*

It's just that I've never been a morning person, so being able to sleep until 10-11 like usual is more appealing to me than having to wake up at 7 in the morning to make it for a 9 o'clock class.

And hey, I'm pretty much getting a free ride through school, so I have to at least make an effort. Those 4.0s aren't going to magically appear, y'know?

That being said, I'm kind of disappointed that I didn't get a 4.0 this first semester. I suppose it's to be expected, I haven't been in school since June of 2007. Almost 4 years, but I got away with a 3.80 my first semester. Not too bad I suppose.

ahhhh xd Now you're just bragging! rofl 3.80 is obviously nothing to sneeze at! And you'll most likely get that 4.0 once you get back in the swing of things. Sounds like you're an extremely good student.

I suppose you have something there, haha.

Half an hour before my first class of the summer. Web development, I'm taking. Hopefully I learn something worthwhile by the time this class is over!

Summer classes... that sounds so odd to me since people in here are still going to the regular school. biggrin The summer vacations start around the end of may.

By the way how long is your summer break from school? In here it's bit different on what level of school you are but usually it starts around end of may and ends around middle of august.

About the hockey victory. Some people are now upset that the some of the players and the coaches where drunk during their victory celebration. I mean come on! This is not something that happens every year and they still did their press duties valiantly. Okay, it was bit too overboard when the one of the coaches fell face flat on the red carpet that was put in front of the plane they flew home rofl but I think the boys deserved the fun.

So it's supposed to be end of the world today... the rapture thing. I didn't even know such thing before I came here and saw the posts. I wonder how many really believe in these prophecies?

Anyways, I'm going to visit my parents and sister today. It's my sisters birthday so there will be some cake and other delicious food. I can't wait! heart We are taking the cats with us so fingers crossed they don't freak out in their cat boxes. sweatdrop
