He soared through the air in his small bird form. So far he had gotten the chance to get the star place in the play, where all the humans would only focus in his very perfect self. The little bird bounced from branch to branch once he had settled. His almost feline yellow eyes fixed in the two demons talking "Can you stop mourning about that attack and look into the future!?! And you pipsqueak! Don't fear the ningens and grab your costume! That Yukina is working for us to make them!!" chisper aslmost as if they were exploiting her, and the koorime was a maid.

Since the very beggining he had been implying the same idea of Hiei watching Yukina helplessly suffer those demon's psychic attack, and was trying to find a way to show him how important his aid was to prevent further pain.

Touya crossed his legs and the knee and settled more comfortably on the couch, pressing his back firmly into the cushions. It looked like Yukina had everything under control, for the moment at least. And while he was sure Shishi was being an a** to anyone outside, at least it was quiet inside. His eyelids drooped and he realized how little sleep he had been getting. It hadn't even been this bad with the Shinobi. But he worried that if he fell asleep Yukina wouldn't wake him up if she needed his help, so he shrugged it off and forced his eyes to stay open. At any rate, he knew he wasn't the only one exhausted.
