Xol, my character is no stronger or weaker since the last time you fought him...I don't have powers or abilities, unlike you, I rely upon items. Zeno had the right idea, remove the bronze circlet and I can no longer use the MINOR mimic ability. I have gained new items, aye, but I have not grown stronger.

Phia, I do not think I've gained respect nor do I think I can do what ever I want. I think you need to calm yourself before making rash accusations. Your probably do not remember me before SoulShard killed my brother, I was quiet and detested violence. I did not go off seeking fights, and I still don't. I seek to fight 1 individual, and it just so happends Xol decided to attack me, I want to fight Mastema...if he kills me then all your little complaining can finally come to an end because I will more then likely leave.

Looks like nothing has changed. People arguing. Ahhhh.... music to my ears... and if anyone believes that's sarcasm you are absolutely correct!

I can see why Xol is pissed, because I'd be kinda tweeked if I developed this really cool ability, through roleplay and not just popping in saying I have it, and someone just suddenly had the ability to mimic it. Yea, he has all right to be irked. But, Xol, you shouldn't have come into the OOC and started this argument, it's a waste of time and makes the guild shakey. Like Phia said, a lot of you guys are good friends...we're all in the same guild so shouldn't we all be friends, to one degree or another?!

Lan, yea, ok I understand your point on this, because I don't like looking at one side and not the other. Lan has 0 abilities, and relies on items to do all his magic and stuff like that. You break the items, you break his magic. Yea, good downfall...personally I would have had that be the end of it, but no...he went and said that it was a lower version of the ability, meaning it's weaker, and it's unstable with a chance of hurting himself more then his opponent. Ok, that's 3 weaknesses to the ability to mimic...you'll be lucky to get someone to give 1!! But Lan gave 3...he has 3 right now, I don't know what other kinda weaknesses he has! Maybe he can only use it a certain amount of times, maybe he can only do it once a fight, I dunno, but so far I think Lan's done a good job of balanceing himself. And it's really not all that far fetched to do the Dark Matter dealy...If I remember correctly, during the whole Anti-matter is too powerful dealy-o, you said that the Dark matter is the combination of Holy and Un-Holy energy, or light energy and dark energy. Well Lan can use light and dark energy, right? Well what's stopping him for makeing Dark Matter.

SoulShard, buddy, you need to calm down as well. Yes, it was a mistake for Xol to assume that you stole his attack, you know what it says about people who assume. It was a simple misunderstanding...you used an energy attack that was so condesned and powerful, this being before the level system was set up I'm assumeing, that it had the ability to rip something apart down to the last atom...ok yea. Xol, you have an ability that summons anti-matter, a form of energy created when the sun creates a solar flare or a carbon atom is accelerated to really high speeds and slammed into a photon (I don't remember if it was photons or something else, I think it's something else but it's 6:30 and I haven't had my coffee). But SoulShard, you did not have to add your opinion on Xol. I have my opinion on a lot of people, but I do not share them because I want a peaceful roleplay enviroment. Come on, SoulShard, how many times have we played this little game now? Someone says something, so you HAVE to step up and say something back, which forces them to step up and we break into an argument that is more then useless.

Phia, have you ever heard that saying, "You'll only gain respect if you give it?" I wouldn't respect you if you were being rude to me. If he started it? Be the bigger person, just say what ever Lan and walk away. It's really that simple...maybe it's just your prideful nature that stops you, I don't know...what ever. You sit here, talking about being civil, oh yea, real civil there Phia. We're not really close, and I kinda regret that cause you seem like a really good roleplay, and both Hidjie and Phia are alchoholics. Haha, booze + Hidjie + (liquor + 5) + Phia + beer + (liquor x 5) = Fun!


Ok, in short, what am I trying to say? Ummm...here we go. Knock it off!! If 9-Lives was here do you think she would just idly sit by?!? NO! She'd jump up and do the same thing I'm doing, telling you all how pointless this argument is and to tell you all to just move on with your lives!! Gah! Come on guys, this is really not cool.

*sits back and waits for the flameing, because the Black Company is too full of prideful, thick skulled, knuckle heads to realize how pointless this argument is and to realize that it could have all just been avoided if Xol and Lan simply took it to the PMs!*

So anyhow..Nana ish right,it is pretty slow today.Mind you there's been work and school,and it's the start of the weekend.

The simple fact is that the guild is kind of in shambles lately. Not really serious, but enough where it can be felt. My point being, having stupid arguments over nothing has to stop... and however much we hate to admit it, we are the prime offenders.

So... I'll extend the olive branch if you're willing to. A starting anew if you will? Forget all past hatreds and annoyances for a better atmosphere? 3nodding
