She kissed his forehead as he did so, shivering as he kissed her neck again, a tiny gasp escaping her lips.

What do you want me to tell you? That we can't afford the house? That my covenant is considering disowning me? do you know why none of my enemies have tried to kill me recently? Shaon stood, looking at him with bitter eyes. "I will find a way to help." she grabebd her cloak from the chair. "You should have told me earlier. "i'm not letting you leave me all alone. i can help. watch Janan till i get back." she swallowed, finding her coat and pullint it on, too.
