Kugen narowed his eyes a bit, threatening to crawl back into his carefully constructed web of lies, but saw no threat in Daichi. It's not like he had access to numerous legal documents from villages across the nation..."About as much fun as I can have with you..." He said mockingly.

Daichi flicked the chain a bit "not going to happen" he replied, his blank eyes giving a very cold stare at his 'roomie' "do you know any lengthing jutsus? some sort of henge or something?

Kugen's eyes widened slightly at the mention of a lengthening spell. "I wonder if we can learn one of those..." Sure, he knew that Arashi-sensei wanted them to learn to work together and get to know one another, but it was so much easier to cheat.

Kugen slid from his perch on the counter and opted for leaning against it instead. "Whatever..." He said crossing his arms out of habit. He never really slept anyway, so it didn't matter to him when they went to bed...

Kugen took his cup of instant ramen quickly as Daichi dragged him away. He sat down at the table and looked around at the house. Strangely enough, it reminded him of Suna, being part of a prominent family, the estates he'd lived in when he was younger were rather luxurious. He tried to tell himself that Daichi's home wasn't an ominous comparison to his childhood - it didn't work very well...
"I can't believe you live here..." He said in a tone that sounded more awed than he'd expected. Of course, maybe living by yourself for years does that, but still...he decided to drop that topic by digging into his meal. "You know you still haven't told me those other five things about yourself." He said, feigning disinterest as best he could at the moment.
