Voting just makes it seem like a popularity contest... and I already 'voted' Crazed Canadian because she seems to know what a New Brunswick is and seems like she'd make a responsible representive of our province. wink

Well if you want to know why it is that i wish to run its because i truly feel i can make a difference for us that are all here. Rule i don't know how you can say that only crazed knows what new brunswick is....the way you say new brunswick makes me feel that you dont care about your calling our home and the home of everyone else is just an object that people shouldnt care about. I do believe crazed would make a great representative but i must also say what i can do for our home of New Brunswick. To me New Brunswick means everything to me because i have never left here. I will tell you that right now i know im not active very much bu then i just want you to know that i am in the middle of getting ready for my exams so i must take that into priority first, but in a week from now i will tell you that i will e as active as ever to you here in new brunswick and keep you updated on everything that will happen...if anything does happen that i will need to inform you about. Also Rule you said that this is no popularity contest yet you only vote for the person you have gotten to know more...i mean no offense but shouldnt everyone hear what someone else has to say before voting for someone....just by saying that i will withdraw my vote for Kaori (sorry sad ) also i would like to hear from most of the people here why they will make a good person to representative. If you want me to tell you more i will. Im not gonna make promises that i cant keep because i dont want to become one of those lying bastards that are incharge of Canada right now, but i will tell you this. If you want your voice and the entire voice of New Brunswick to be heard that I will try my best to be that person for New Brunswick. I will do everything in my power (if you guys do pick me) that i will do my best for New Brunswick which is our home and the home of many other people...thank you.....>.< sounded like i did make a speech

:/ I hate popularity. The 'popular' kids won my school's election when they said I had the best speech. I was thrust into this and I don't really care who's the represenative. So there's my pennies worth.

haha, at my high school someone's speech was "I don't have a speech, I only ran so that I could get out of class for a day" and they won school prez in a landslide!

I've been on gaia for almost 2 years, and I just mainly lurk. Plus, I am responsible and have live in N.B all my 19 yrs of existance. 3nodding i'm only 16 and always lived in New-Brunswick.... and its the worst place in New-Brunswick to live, Edmundston, it was proved that our air polution was the highest in all New-Brunswick... i've been active and not lurking since nov. 2004
