So... Since the day has changed,
I'll just tell you the proposal here.

Dixon wants a contract building
job to create farmland twice the
size of his current domain. He
also wants to take all land formerly
belonging to House Kai. He knows
that Roland can make this happen
with his connections. He wants
this farmland fully developed by
the end of the year and ready to
be settled by Ethians. For completion
he is offering the largest emerald
in his newly (re)discovered mine
as well as ten percent of all Dixon's
harvest profits for the first five
years. Failure to complete results
in a lesser prize from the mine:

90% = 20 large jewels plus harvest bonus
60% = 10 large jewels, no harvest
30% = 1 large diamond, 2 small emeralds,
3 other choice small jewels
10% and below = 2 small emeralds
and a handshake lol

PART TWO!

If Roland really wants jewels he
will have to help Dixon's men
unearth and rebuild the mines
themselves. Each mine Roland
rebuilds belongs to the count,
not the crown, and Roland shares
25% of the profits in perpetuity.
Both of these proposals come
with the caveat that there are
to be private roads made into
Dixon's land that are exempt
from Bellris taxation.

Umm... Yeah, that'll do. If Roland
flat refuses these it is likely Dixon
will challenge him to a duel, so
have fun with that. whee

Just thought I'd pop in here and ask how everyone is doing. Things have been awfully quiet in the guild at the moment due to life being hectic. So yeah, How is everyone?

Planning a move that's coming up, doing school work and juggling my part time job. So I feel ya.

Lol both in a sense. Hedo and I are planning to marry Athena to Roland eventually here. And well come April I'll be moving across country for a better life hopefully.
