Alestial continues to stroll through the academy seeing that everything is going smoothly, it's amazing how peaceful everything is. But she knows that even if peace is a good thing, usually when things are too peaceful it's a sign that something else might be coming.
In this case though, she didn't feel anything to bad coming around this time. She was a little bored though, and a bit lonely since she had no one to talk to. She smiled, as with every step she made the ground would become frozen, she decided it was time to head back to her winter wonderland and enjoy the quietness, perhaps build a few friends.

Sky-dron's little display of light is by no means a show as he can see the reasoning behind it to dodge his attack in a quick manner. It was much like how he had used his cape as a distraction if you will to displace Sky's eyes giving him ample time to escape the blast radius of the bullets. He sneers softly seeing Sky escape from his attack almost unharmed as only his coat took the damage. "Seems we have no regard for our clothing as stylish and effective as they may be." He nods his head as Sky-dron now seems to retaliate back at him with those spheres of light that he's shooting from his hands. Really all he could do is watch as they merely pass right by him making him wonder if Sky was still reeling from the dizzying effects of his little spin move. As far as dodging them went he'd cross his arms over his chest moving his torso as to let the spheres pass. It wasn't until they started to stop in front of him that he'd take notice that the others had stopped as well forming a cage now all around him of pure light energy.
He closes his eyes as he chuckle's softly seeming that Sky has him in quite the predicament now. Opening his eyes once more as the two bolos would now start to bounce around inside of the multiple layers. Hearing Sky-dron's explanation of the attack only made seems seem grim or at least that's how it all appeared. He knew very well he could pass through these layers of light escaping out of the time bomb itself but it would come at a price and one he wasn't willing to pay this early on in the spar. He also didn't want to unleash what lay hidden down within this early on and for just a spar too it would be far too much something that Sky-dron and others were familiar with in the past. He chuckle's once more as he exhales slowly at the end lowering his head down. "Seems you have me in a fix. To escape or to stay here would both come at their prices. I'm almost tempted..." He cuts himself short as he dodges one of the bolos as they were starting to annoy him now bouncing about as such.
His eyes trail them following their movements as he raises his hands catching the bolos in them as he holds onto them firmly as one could see the smoke trails starting to rise up from between his fingers as the light energy was undoubtedly taking its effect on him. Keeping his arms outstretched a black aura would start at his feet before flaring up around him as one could see the dark energy flowing down through his arms channeling itself into his hands as with gritted teeth he shatters the bolos, the light energy dispersing through the air as he clenches his hands down into fists as the muscles in his arms tense for only a moment as he roars out releasing that building dark energy within his arms outwards as he forms two of his own dark spheres as they'd press up against the sides of the first layer keeping it held back from shrinking any further as the opposing forces of energy would shoot off sparks of energy as they rain down towards the ground forming minor explosions along the Arena floor.
He looks towards Sky-dron from within that makeshift prison as he can't help but grin widely bringing his hands together as he merges the two spheres together keeping his hands around the perimeter as he focuses more of his energy into it, the new sphere growing in size as it expands out around his body absorbing himself into it as it clashes up against the barrier of light. There's a great strain against the first layer as his own dark energy now starts to push it back still growing in size as it looks to stretch those tethers to their limit as the other layers continue to shrink down meeting with the first layer now as they do just as Sky-dron said they would a massive release of energy exploding out in the sky as it creates a blinding light up within the sky itself spreading out as it contains itself to just the area above the Arena.
As the smoke hangs in the air it isn't long before that smoke is sucked into the sphere of dark energy which had survived the explosion as it starts to raise upwards his feet coming out first as his body is slowly revealed as he lifts the sphere up into the air with one hand as he looks down towards Sky-dron unscathed having used his dark energy to shield himself from the light as each sphere itself only contained so much of Sky's own energy which really was a small portion. "So you want to start things off with a bang hmm?"
The sphere itself is drawn back within his hand shrinking back down as he brings his hand down around it as one could see the burn marks upon the outer layers of his skin from where he had crushed the bolos earlier but one could also see the sparks of dark energy flickering across his knuckles and hand as he then brings that hand forward pointing it towards Sky as he opens it up releasing the dark energy pent up inside as it was like opening up the overflow gate on a dam as the energy came out in a large blast that could easily consume the entire Arena if need be as it streaks down through the air towards Sky. He did bear in mind the safety of the spectators though as he intends for the blast to rather through Sky-dron and head back out towards the distant lands where it would explode without causing much damage to the Arena. All he could do once more was watch and wait to see the outcome of this attack as he didn't intend to kill Sky with it.
(It happens. Winter and all. I know the feeling.)
((To be honest... I'm a bit torn on how to reply to this, as I've got two good ideas... *flips coin* Ok... here we go... ))
He chuckled softly as Thanatos' display of power rained energy down upon the arena floor, leaving several rather decent sized holes dotting the area between the two combatants. Leave it to Thanatos to be the first to damage the arena. His hand flashed upwards as the first made contact with the ground, the energy already gathered there beginning to spread outwards and around him, forming a domed shield by the time the explosions actually reached him. From the protection of his shield he watched Thanatos begin to free himself, something that he really quite expected as it always seemed to play out that way. He attacked and Thanatos survived, sometimes by the skin of his teeth, but he did always seem to survive.
"Ah hell..." His eyebrow peaked at the sight of Thanatos merging the two orbs into one, already expecting what was soon to come. By the time Thanatos began pointing the now single orb at him he was already dropping his shield, though by no means was he lowering his guard. As quickly as Thanatos' new attack was being launched, he was already moving to defend.
The aforementioned shield had been dropped, moving down and along the ground in an outwardly spreading circular shape. As it did so a spire of sorts would rise a short ways before Sky-dron, rising almost instantly to just higher than the blast was. This spire would act like a wedge, as it would serve to divide Thanatos' attack into two smaller ones which were now directed to either side of the light user. Small rises in the circular shape had also appeared, forming at just the right angle to send both smaller blasts upwards slightly into two energy funnels which would arch back up and around towards Thanatos. Each funnel would direct the aforementioned attack around to either side of Thanatos, coming back at him from both sides.
Now as the attack was essentially darkness and had been set off by Thanatos himself, whose to say that he simply couldn't just reabsorb the energy? He could possibly, but then he would find himself on the receiving end of a rather unpleasant surprise... at least as far as he was concerned. As the energy was being directed back the energy funnels would take on a cork screw appearance before releasing the energy back towards Thanatos. At the exit of each, a large orb of condensed light energy would feed light into the now spinning darkness energy, creating what looked like a spinning drill of energy, created from both light and darkness. The effect of the darkness spinning up and over the light meant that when, and if, it met Thanatos' physical body or whatever means he defended with the darkness would connect first. When it did, it would act exactly how it looked, like an energy drill. One could assume that the darkness connecting first would allow for the light to pass essentially unhindered into Thanatos' very being should the darkness user not be alert. Needless to say, Thanatos' darkness would still be harmed if the redirected attack connect.
All of the above happened in a manner of literally a second or two, causing Thanatos' attack to be essentially sent back directly at him and fed by his own energy. "Here... I think you lost this!" Sky-dron smirked slightly as he watched the attack near Thanatos, already plotting his next move and waiting to see the result of his current one.
"Leavin so soon?" Kiori spoke from his hammock in a tree top smirking down at the ice goddess. The beautiful environment was nice though he had become bored with the lack of action. "Or were tha fireworks at the arena too much for ya?" He laughed loudly for a moment before realizing that sometimes his loudness could be a bit too much.

Alestial glances towards where the voice came from and smiled gently before letting off a soft giggle.
"Well, I did a quick check of the school and everything seemed fine, plus I've seen Thanatos and Skydron battle many times, I decided I'd just relax a bit is all."
She turns towards him looking towards directly now with her deep violet eyes, her hair flowed gently in the wind.
"Anything beats this silence." He chuckled as he jumped down landing a couple feet away from Alestial. "An ice goddess is a bit more than I could have wished for." Kiori laughed in that deep rough voice as he stood up fully recovering from the jump. He wasn't usually this clumsy though in the presence of women things just went that way. As he turned to Alestial he quickly looked away noticing how she was having one of those model moments that would cause him to go into typical cartoon wolfie mode (howling and such), he closed his eyes and bowed slightly allowing her to lead the way. "After you."

She giggles slightly and nods to him as she continues to walk before him heading towards the way to the ice lands.
"I could use some company, I do get a little lonely. I hope you don't mind the cold, I was thinking of just walking along the cold. Unless you rather do something else."
She stopped and looked backed towards him smiling.
"It shouldn be a problem at all." Kiori chuckled gripping his sword in one hand and holding his flask of sake in the other hand."Im sure between the sake and whatever might come our way ill stay good and warm." He nodded as steam clouds began to escape his lips.

She smiles once again as she continued on her way, she wasn't going to any of the places where the bat storms, she was going to go to the calmer area of the frozen lands, despite her age she felt like having fun by building a snowman, and building one with company makes it much more fun.
"Im fine." Kiori spoke while smirking at Alestial. "So Ice Goddess..." He spoke with a hint of playful mischief in his tone as he carefully had been scooping snow as they went and had a nice sized snowball stashed behind his back. "What is there to do for fun around here?" Kiori asked almost laughing as he talked with both hands behind his back now to look less conspicuous.

Alestial smiles and waves her hands up making a bunch of little snowmen that came to life, she hugs one of them and looks over towards Ioric (forgot your name @-@) and smiles towards him.
"There are plenty of fun things to do at the school, especially once you make more friends. Of course, making friends should be easy, this is a school where everyone should understand each other one way or another."
She watches as the snowmen started to play with each other.
After sitting there for a bit and not getting a response from Shinta, Uki stood up and brushed himself off. "Well, I am going to assume by your silence that you accept my refusal for a dual and have no further interest in speaking right now. I will take my leave then." He would have a demonic grin as he walked away from Shinta.
Uki was starting to get bored with the fight between Sky and Thanatos, as it seemed to be progressing very slowly. He would turn from it and walk from the arena. He started to look around from just outside, trying to figure out something to do. He hadn't really gotten time to train on his own or at all since his arrival. He figured it would be a good opportunity to do so.
"I wonder if there is an open field I can do some training in. I don't want to accidentally burn anything down and I don't want to be in a public location." He said to himself, trying to convince himself that training was necessary at this point.

Hours and hours it felt like for him waiting. Ren wasn't a sage he could only wait so long before he got bored and irritated. " Well looks like no one else is going to be coming." Ren grabbed his pack and figured he would probably have the best time if he went back to the arena. Maybe some of the higher ups could help him. He smiled to himself he was now determind he was going to make it back as soon as possible. Ren headed off back though the forest through the path he made.
-one hour later-
" I made it through much faster for some reason this time." He said as he had subconsiously been running through the forest using the wind to push him through the forest faster. Every time he ran the wind seemed to aid his travels. He never knew it though his elemental awareness was pretty pathetic. He stopped just at the edge of the forest he could see the Arena from where he was but he didn't think he deserved to go over there. Everyone over there could at least use their element. Ren's element never reacted to him. He was a dud he knew he was. He bet he would be shipped out in a week due to no progress.
" That's it, No more negative thoughts!" He said as he stood straight. He turned dropped his bag so he could see it and faced the open field to the side of the forest. He inhaled and exhaled calming his body and mind. This was what his parents always taught him to do. Ren then lowered his body's gravity a bit as he held out his hands and concentrated. After five minutes of concentrating and minor breathing...nothing happened. Ren fell back and groaned. He was useless.
Hearing some ruffling in the forest nearby, Uki stood there for a moment and began to think about how someone could be following him. He just blew it off for a minute and continued to think about where he needed to go for training. He knew he had a solid grasp of his element, but he wanted to perfect his craft. After thinking for a moment, he had planned to go back to the Flame Sanctuary. He grinned and snapped his fingers, creating a small flame that quickly extinguished in mere milliseconds. "Well, at least I know my snapfire is working today, just need to work on manually controlling the duration of it." He said to himself peacefully.
After a few minutes, he heard a noise again in the brush, it sounded like someone falling down and groaning in frustration. He would approach the brush and then walk in, noticing Ren on the ground. He walked over to him and offered his hand. "Need some help?"

Meldarion watched the spar between Skydron and Thanantos unfold from his spot high above the rooftops. The two seemed quite evenly matched, and after a while he decided that waiting for such a battle to finish would take quite some time. Not to mention the more he watched, the less he desired to be caught by the wielder of light who had caught him trespassing. He gripped the rune in his hand tightly and teleported from ledge to ledge as descended from the high rooftop before he landed on the ground, the ruffling of his cloak being the only noise made. He then stood up, peeked around the corner to make sure the two had not spotted him during his descent, then pocketed the rune back in its pouch as the boy made his way towards the castle of darkness.
Ren stumbled forward as he was so focused and wasn't expecting someone to be behind him. As he stumbled he managed to lose his balance and fall onto his knees. He turned his head slowly he hopped that person hadn't seen his failure at using his element. " Uh excuses me." He hadn't heard what the man said. He wasn't sure why he expect no one to be there. This place was huge and he was sure there were a lot of students. Ren stood up and looked at the man. " Uh, Hi sorry is this your area? Should i leave?" It was obvious this man felt like he was a burden to everyone. He was afraid to be honest everyone here was already stronger then him. It was like back at his home village he was an outcast. He looked scared his eyes took only quick glances at the man but he mostly looked at the ground which showed he was already submissive. No backbone seemed to be showing with Ren.
