Troa watched for a moment as Maiara took off first, shrugging a little before taking off after her. He wasn't the fastest in his class, but he could give the top three a run for their money back in his day. He quickly caught up with her, and fell in pace with her. "I suggest that we leave a few, hurt but alive. If we'll lucky, their lead us back to where they originated from. Whatever that'll be." He added with a shrug, as his left hand started to shine red as he prepared a weapon to project. Seeing that they were catching up to a few, he glanced at Maiara. "So, which ones do you want?" He asked with a smirk.

Her side burned as they ran ahead to catch up with the monsters, but she ignored it as she had been trained to do. Not to mention she would never admit to succumbing to some sort of silly pain. It was nothing. Giving Troa a sidelong glance as she saw something red glow from the corner of her eye. He caught up quick. It was good to see he wasn't too low on energy. "I take this one." Maiara said loudly to him, trying to speak over the pounding footsteps of the beasts while she pointed at the creature to her left. It was quite large, but it seemed she could try to attack it somehow. Or at least follow it; it was pretty slow compared to some of the others. "Which you take?" She asked, so she would know where to find him. "And you?" Turning to Cam, she halted her quick pace so the three of them could situated and get a good plan going. She had no doubt in the abilities of either Troa or the redhead.

The Gang Is All Here...

Running along on the opposite side of Maiara, the redhead hummed quietly to himself. Adrenaline was pumping into his veins, and he was ready to start hacking at things. It seemed her friend had no objection to his presence, and he wondered briefly if the little fox was to be their makeshift leader. While Cam had a fairly decent head on his shoulders, in cases like this he preferred to act on instinct. As they split the monsters between themselves, Maiara picked one not too far ahead of him. He eyed it a moment, noticing it's slow movements, and didn't speak against her; she'd simply be cross with him. He grinned at her when she turned to look at him, and he shrugged in response. "I'll take those ones." he waved a hand at everything to the left of Maiara's selected creatures. He reached to draw his sword, stopping beside Maiara, waiting patiently for her to give the signal.

Troa nodded to Cam and Maiara, looking at the creatures left. "Then I'll get the right ones." He said, as the light split into beams and formed the frame of a largeaxe-sword. Using his strengthening sorcery so he could carry it on his body, his aura sent waves off of his body. "I'll take the lead then." He said with a smirk, swinging the obnoxiously large blade into the ground and shot himself into the air. As he dropped down to his set of creatures, his blade started to glow slightly in an orange aura. "Nine lives blade works..." He said, as he swung his blade in nine swift arches. The aura trailed the blade, leaving what could be described as the nine heads of the Hydra that the original owner of the blade defeated, Hercules. The blade shattered as he landed, and one of his beasts flew past him. His hands started to shine in red light again, and he formed a sleek black bow, and arrow. The arrow being the altered sword Hrunting, and this time he put the full amount of prana into it. "Hrunting..." He muttered as he took aim at his last beast, and loosed the arrow. A sonic boom sounded as soon as he released it, the arrow reaching it's top speed od mach-ten in an instant. The beast's instincts allowed it to move aside just in time to get away with the graze, however since Hrunting's special ability was to hone in on it's target as long as the shooter is aiming at it, the arrow arched around for a second go. This time the beast wasn't so lucky, and the arrow hit it's mark. When the arrow embedded it's self into the flesh of the creature, the arrow cracked. The crack allowed the massive amount of energy to explode out of it, causing a large explosion and obliterating the creature. Troa took off running again, now well behind the other two who kept running.

((Assuming you two kept running, I'll edit if needed sweatdrop ))

A bemused look on her face as Cam waved casually towards the other monsters she just nodded, accepting it as a plan. Did he every really seriously care too much about anything? She honest couldn't tell through his usual but, as she was reluctant to admit, charming smile. Once he stopped running however for a moment, she could only be slightly perplexed. Why wasn't he attacking? "What you wait for?" Troa had already killed one beast; he barely blinked while doing so it seemed. It only added to her slight amusement. His array of weapons just seemed to go through the monsters like blubber. Or butter she supposed. By this point she almost felt like she was used to smile man's hat full of tricks. Where they came from Maiara still couldn't tell. But it got the job done, so she didn't give too much thought of it, not now anyways. Not pausing too long to figure out what the redhead was waiting for, she dashed off again towards the lethargic, but large creature, readying a few arrows to be unleashed at its legs.

The Gang Is All Here...

With Maiara safely out of reach, and her friend off taking care of monsters off to the other side, Cam's grin broadened. He twisted his grip in his sword so that the edge pointed behind him, and he began to run. He was sprinting full speed at the closest monster he had claimed, pushing off from the ground and throwing himself at it as he drew near. His sword came down through the creature's back, cleaving it's way through the target's torso as the redhead forced it down. Fire exploded out from the hole, spreading over both Cam and the monster he had sunk his sword into. He cackled, stomping hard on it's back to pull his sword out of the wound it had inflicted. He flipped backward off the beast, pleased as it fell and continued to burn long after Cam had picked his next target. Taking off once more, flames shot out from him as he passed smaller creatures not deemed worth his attention; an aura of intense heat surrounded him, setting fire to the rather large cat-like creature that attempted to maul him from behind. Looking amused despite the blood on his boots and sword, he tackled another great beast in a show of flashy pyrotechnics.

So Many Characters In One Place...

In some way or another, Andrew was able to stay upbeat in the circumstance. He was almost positive that his sisters would be alright; as he still beleive one to be off campus, and the other was more than capable of protecting herself. Approaching the huddle of people from the line of trees, he responded to Rina questioningly, hoping that she would have no choice other than to imagine the scenerio, and agree. "Nope. What if you injured yourself more? Think of how clingy both I and your brother would be."

As the red-head spoke, Bellatrix nodded to prove she heard, but made no attempt to answer immedately. His voice trailing off left a strange silence, but she wasn't one to be preturbed by such a thing. Instead, she was willing to continue monitoring Amelia as she thought. So far, she'd pieced together part of the puzzle at hand with small fragments she knew, but wasn't completely sure if it was correct. It seemed that the only people with complete answers were preoccupied, to say the least. Eventually, she caught sight of a very familiar white-haired teenager, and small smile played on her face. Two out of three of her worries were now within view, although the sight of a girl being carried by Andrew warranted no extra attention.

The Gang Is All Here...

Letting out a frustrated groan, the princess flopped her head down against his back. "I'll let you help me. But this position... it's too embarrassing." she did her best to sound reasonable, keeping the whine out of her voice. She very much wanted to say that her brother would simply drag her across the ground, but that wasn't true; even if the prince wasn't the warmest individual, she was still his little sister. The princess just wanted out of this position, one that made her look like a rescued damsel instead of the injured warrior she was. "It really doesn't hurt that badly." she insisted, being far more reasonable now than she had been before. Rina was biting her tongue, keeping back the snappy comments and resisted the urge to simply tear free. Andrew was just trying to help her; he cared, and that was why he was threatening clinging. These thoughts made her feel slightly better, until she remembered that her behind was right beside his head. Her muscles tensed, reflecting her displeasure.

When he received no answer, the drama teacher continued to think about his last encounter with Ginny. He was distracted a moment by the sight of his brother racing around, shooting fire, but immediately his attention was back to his encounter with Ginny as it came flooding back. He turned to Bellatrix, his expression very serious. "Bellatrix," he waited, wanting her attention before he continued speaking, "Before I say anything else, I need to know if you even want to know. When I met the girl before, she... said some things." he paused, watching carefully for her reaction. If she wanted to know, he'd tell her about the conversation he and the girl had had. If not, he'd go borrow Pyry from his girlfriend and the two of them could dig instead. But first, he would give the other teacher a chance to join his research.

Finally understanding what Rina meant, he let out a sigh. The slyph really was a proud woman, and it seemed that she was perfectly willingly to protect such feelings. Refraining from mentioning so, as he felt they'd argued enough that night, he move her instead, forcing a pause in his steps for a moment as he readjusted the princess. "Alright." They weren't far from the main group of huddled persons, and he figured she could manage the short length without much difficulty. There would be plenty of places to sit as he sought out his sister, who was just in vie-
Wait. That was red hair.
Holding back any sort of growl of annoyance, Andrew continuing walking with the slyph, although his gaze was intently resting on Amelia and her child.

At the sound of her name, she looked away from the scene, giving Adney her attention. His tone seemed to want it, and she was suspecting his next words to hold some amount of importance within. Her expression held a new flush of curiousity in response to his own face of seriousness, and she nodded to indicate he could continue. His words piqued her interest, and she repsonded easily. "I want to know." It seemed that this man would be able to shed some light, maybe even go so far as help Bella investigate; should this new addition of knowledge open any more doors or add to her puzzle. Truly wanting to hear his story, she finished, "So please continue."

The Gang Is All Here...

Giving a sigh of relief as he gave in, the Sylph noticeably relaxed as she was placed on her feet. Rina accepted his help without complaint, pleased that she was being allowed to walk. Even with the help, she didn't feel nearly so pathetic now. She noticed her brother approaching them, though he simply fell into step on her other side. She glanced at Andrew at a change in his mood. Her brow furrowed, wondering just what she had done now. She was about to ask what was wrong when she noticed his intense gaze, turning her head to try and find the source of his irritation. She frowned, searching the area ahead of them until she spotted someone she recognized. Her expression turned perplexed, and she tilted her head to the side as she examined the girl. The child in her arms confirmed her suspicion, and instantly the Sylph understood Andrew's irritation. "What is your sister doing here?"

Nodding at her request, the drama teacher took a moment to collect his thoughts; he needed to remember this correctly. "I was in the Auditorium a week or so ago. I was trying to find the storage closet, where they keep all the props and costumes. I'm thinking of organizing a play." he explained quickly, pausing only a moment before continuing. "A girl flew down from the rafters, and I'd bet my salary it was that girl we just saw." not that his salary was all that great, but it was something only for emphasis. "Her name is Ginny. She was hiding from her father. I don't know who that is, but apparently he's quite strict and doesn't let her out much." he paused again, thinking on it a moment before continuing. "She asked me whether or not I would look into someone's future, if given the option. I thought this was silly, considering I get plenty of visions on my own, but she said something about a crystal globe. I asked her what she was talking about, and why she had these crystal globes. But apparently she isn't the one in possession." his face and voice hardened, as if what he was about to say made him quite unhappy. "A teacher named Claire is the one who has them. She's been spying on the teachers at random, on Len's orders." he stopped there, waiting for her reaction before he would continue. The redhead wanted to know if he was being believed before he continued on with such information.

Troa ran as he headed to help out Maiara, stopping behind her and slamming his hands into the ground. A path of ice shot from his point of contact towards the larger creature, and spiked of ice shot out from it. It went around the creature to make a ring around it, then stopped for a moment. "I'll go high if you wanna go low." He said with a smirk, as he poured in some more energy into the ice to shoot out large spike pillars of ice that went to impale the midsection, and chest. After they either hit or impaled, they shattered to leave room for Maiara's arrows.

Maiara almost flinched at the sound of Troa slamming his hands into the ground behind, but she smelled him faintly among the carnage going on. At the very least, she was shocked he had already finished dealing with his beasts but accepted his help in fighting this one. Had she not been injured, she would be angry with him; Maiara would want the monster to herself. But she knew her physical limits. On the spiritual limits side, she still had to learn those. "I go low." She said with a curt nod before launching the arrows at the legs of the beast. Taking a quick glance to see how Cam was doing, it seemed his fighting style was flashy, and that was an understatement. Both Troa and Cam made her arrows look incredibly ho-hum. At the sound of her beast hitting the ground with a solid 'thud', she gave a quick smile to Troa "We leave rest to live for now, and we follow?"

With a nice body count, Cam stood to the side, swiping the back of his hand across his forehead. He was satisfied with the large piles of ashes scattered across his side of the field, and he headed back in Maiara's direction to check on her. It seemed that her friend had already thought of this, and Maiara's beast lay dead thanks to their teamwork. "Nice moves, Little Fox." he grinned, coming within earshot fairly quickly. "But they're going to get away if we keep playing around." he pointed out, pulling a cloth from his back pocket to wipe the blood from his sword. When it was clean, he sheathed the blade and tucked the cloth away once more. "So are we going, or what?"

Troa looked at Maiara with a grin and nodded, then turned to Cam with a grin as well before speaking. "I say we follow these ones, with any luck they'll lead us right to either their origin, main pack, or to whoever got them here. In any case, I personally would like to leave those few alive for the moment and simply track them." He said with a shrug. "Though it's up to you two, I'm just the janitor. It's up to you two to decide on what to do, I'm just mainly support." He added with a shrug, pulling out another smoke and lighting it.

So Many Characters In One Place...

"I wouldn't know." his response came lowly as he tried to keep out any sharpness. This was exactly why Andrew had lost so much trust in his sister over the years; while she'd gain so much back by stepping up as a mother, it seemed she was almost determined to lose it all again. Noticing Icarus' return, he was able to concentrate on Rina's care for a moment. Carefully, he let her go, making sure that she could stand. He didn’t want to leave, but he was sure that she’d gone through much worse. Making sure that she wouldn't need anything immediately, he stepped off toward his elder sister.

Obviously joyous that Lloyd was no longer acting so strangely, Amelia relaxed slightly, but made no move to release the secure grasp on her child. This evening had been one of the most frightening for the woman, and she was just begginning to lose her grip on emotions. The vice principal was stabbed, the very man who'd helped her mere months ago. And her closest friend was seemingly possessed. She wasn't trusting of the lycan, who seemed content with returning to his family. Just as he'd departed, she felt a tap on her shoulder, and a very angry voice questioning. Closing her eyes momentarily, the witch took a deep breath and exhaled before turning to face her brother. "Do not question me."

With his expression still stern, the necromancer ran a hand through his hair, clearly trying to keep his anger away from a response. "Fine." he stated, simply trying to prevent any sort of argument from forming. As immature as his sister could be, he knew that it wasn't his place to blatantly disobey with questions and demands. Instead, he enveloped the red head in a hug, making sure not to crush Lyndis in the process.

Listening carefully, as she felt that this was something that wouldn't be repeated any time soon, Bellatrix nodded occasionally to prove that she was paying attention. The idea of a play would have brought a smile to her face, were they standing in a different environment during a very different time. It seemed that Ginny was definitely a point of concern, and this justified her opinion of the girl being within the center of this disaster. Her brow raised lightly at the addition of Claire, a teacher who was known to be one of the oldest. The banshee had known Reed personally, and therefore this should have been no surprise to hear of her being involved. Stealing a few glances around the group, Bella sighed as she soon realized that the teacher was absent. Len knew Reed was somehow alive, and was having his own staff spied upon. This had to be illegal, right? Breifly, she remembered her first day, where she was asked to sign a paper. Witholding a curse, she spoke calmly with her response. "I..see. Although I can't claim to understand exactly why he would do that."
