razorkaiser that guy or girl thingy ochhamur i cant spell its damn name when he was fight the 3rd and like looked like a girl that was the bigest f** looking person thing i ever seen in an anime. while it's not the best way to say it, and i really dislike your general assumption that effeminate in a way that you find creepy = gay i have to agree that the face orochimaru stole was not pleasant. and that tongue. gonk i'm still not sure though if i find orochimaru uglier with the stolen face or his own hideous face.

Non-Filler wise, definitly Gatou. Otherwise Fuujin, Raijin, and fish-lipped Raiga are the definitly the fugliest beings I've ever laid eyes upon. The only thing worse than their looks are the storylines that they're a part of...

Gato's very soul is ugly. Nuff said.
Gai and Lee aren't the most handsome men out there, but their souls shine bright. They are good people. *wise nod* A bit... odd, but nice.
But the Fire Daimyo's wife, the one who abuses her cat but gets upset when it runs away? She is UGLY. Too much makeup. *rools eyes*

I can say with honesty that Kiba, Shikamaru, and Chouji were pretty ******** up in the beginning. xD
Kishimoto was expiriementing, and his expiriements went wrong. xD
