With inhuman speed, Golem, the ninja still with Keioko, ran in front of her, and swung a gagantuan fist at her face. He made no vocal sounds while doing it, though he had a heavy body, and his footsteps could be heard easily. He was fast, too fast for being so heavy. His strength must have been off the chart. It was unknown what race he was, but it may have been some sort of elemental.
The second ninja, Spectere, set himself in a tree looking down at Kane and Bolt. Whereas the old ways would require a cross bow or a bow an arrow to kill his target, he and his group always preferred a simple rifle. He took aim at Kane, silently cocking the weapon and making sure the safety was off.
Bolt came upon the traps, unable to see them. His speciality was not in detecting anything, so he was at a disagvantage. He tried to stay behind Kane as best as he could, unless he'd set off another trap. "Jonathan," he said, "if I set off a trap, does that mean someone knows where we are?"
Back at the campsite, the groundhog in pain was killed humanely and suddenly by Revan. The other one, still frozen, was in stasis and waiting to be set free. Yes, it could be confirmed by it's tiny brain. The campsite was on the nesting ground. That was the natural purpose behind the clearing the dwarves had used as a campsite, and that is currently used by the rest of them.

At Bolt's inquiry Kane didn't hear the weapon being cocked, where otherwise he likely would have, maybe, "You rreally sssuck at thisss ssstealth thing. If therre arre trrapsss at all it meansss ourr prresssencce isss known orr expected. Becaussse they arre between usss and the girrl it meansss we werre meant to come thisss way. We arre playing into the handsss of an unssseen foe." He ducked down low as they came across another tripwire, running a claw along it to break the line without tripping the trap, his ears perked up as he listened. There were many traps...and he had to pause at each...something didn't feel right.

Keioko, distracted by her worries for Bolt and Kane, could not move fast enough to completely avoid the attack. She skidded to a quick stop and leaned backwards, so the farthest reach of his fist would knock her back, thankfully with not the entire force. She skidded back about ten feet on her back before coming to a stop. She groaned and sat up, spitting to the side some blood which had accumulated in her mouth, she then wiped her lips and coughed gently.
"You're a tough b*****d, you know that right?" She muttered as she stood up. She had to warn Bolt about this entire thing, but she couldn't teleport cause she didn't know where he was... Wait... duh!
Bolt, be careful, you and Kane are being targeted by assassins, one each. One with white eyes is going after Kane, a huge rock-like one is after you, but I'm holding him off right now. be careful, they have rifles. The one with white eyes you cannot hear unless he speaks and has no scent. Be on your guard.

Moving away from the now-dead creature, he waved a hand to dispel the stasis effect from the other one, well aware that the first thing it would do is probably attack him.
The die had been cast. Nothing to do now but wait out and see the results. He readied his lightsaber.

The hedgehog looked at Revan with fury in it's eyes. As it charged at him, it roared loudly. This thing meant to kill him, that was certain. As it roared, a responding roar could be heard from behind it. It was the sound of many many more of the hedgehogs. Revan would be able to tell a large mass of them were coming this way. The first ones were scouts to find the hallowed nesting ground, while these next ones were about to give birth.
"I'm not built for stealth. I'm built for straight up attack. I was a soldier and a paladin." Bolt said with a laugh. Bolt heard Kei's voice in his mind and gasped. He said to Kane, "Kei says there's someone after you. He is undetectable by scent and sound, she says. Oh, and he's armed with a rifle." As he said it, Spectere, pointing the rifle at Kane from about 100 meters away, aimed for Kane's head with both of his white eyes open. He was careful, and waited for Kane to stoop down or stand still again.
Golem looked at Keioko in an odd way. It was as if he was sizing her up, determining her weaknesses. He said nothing, being the strong silent type. Her small stature didn't give him any fear at all, but seeing as she killed Cobra, she must have had some strength in her. He held his hand out, forming a blade of sharpened rock. As the tendrils of earth expanded from his body, the sound of cracking could be heard. It was a gigantic blade, wielded with two hands and about as long as he was tall. Though it was as strong as steel, it was much heavier. There was been a dense metal inside of it, making it so that when it is swung, the swing would not stop. Golem held the sword to his side, a feat that would topple a man twice his size. He sprinted at her and swung monsterously at her torso. The large blade moved much faster then it should have. It was almost as if he were trying to cut her down to move on to who he was being paid to kill.

He swore.
Dammit, one mistake and here I am having to wipe out an entire tribe of these things.
As the first one charged at him, he leapt into the air, twisting gracefully in midair to land several feet away, deactivating his lightsaber and attaching it to his belt as he did so.
Stretching out his right hand, he sent a wave of Force energy rippling out toward the hedgehog, enough to knock it onto its side, but not cause serious harm.
As he did so, he took quick stock of his surroundings, trying to determine what, if anything, belonged to his new companions. Tactical retreat; it was the only thing he could do to avoid a wholesale slaughter.

Kane glanced to Bolt, "What?!?! How do you know that?" He was surprised, to say the least, but knowing there was a sniper nearby, and furthermore one he couldn't find, got him damned paranoid. He had two options, curl up and keep his head from sight, which was his only major vulnerable point, or keep on the move and hope Bolt could held find the guy. He chose the latter, not one to hide from a fight if he could held it. He leapt up to the nearest tree that could support him and began bounding from tree to tree, tearing each to pieces in the process, telling Bolt to help him find the damned sniper if he could.

Spectere frowned, upset that the beast seemed to know of his presence. He threw the rifle onto his back and drew multiple kunai, with strange pieces of paper attached to them. Perhaps hitting the beast in the feet would disable it? He bounded around to the other trees, tossing the kunai around the beast in a swirling pattern, trying to make them eventually get nearest to him. The papers were easily seen.
((I'm borrowing HEAVILY from the naruto series here... ^_^;; ))
With a grunt, Bolt sprouted two large wings and began to fly through the trees. He was concerned about the rock-guy Keioko said she was fighting. Would she be alright? However, if he couldn't stop the guy that was hunting Kane, it would be her next. Not to mention that Kane seemed to have a good heart. As he fluttered about the forest, he saw the papers being planted in the trees, but didn't know what they were. He got close to one to inspect it, noticing a small flame at the end of them.

((I forgot..))
The hedgehog got pushed down in a strange movement. He fell sideways, being pushed away enough for Revan and Killey to run away. Luckily, Bolt and Kane ran off in the direction opposite where the hedgehogs were coming from.

As she came down upon Golem, she held her blade aimed at the top of his head, where a baby's soft spot would be, a fast kill if he didn't move or block her. She hoped he stayed still, cause she didn't want him to go after Bolt if she failed.

Golem twirled around, allowing the blade to strike his back. Oddly enough, it did no damage and sparked off of his body. He continued to pivot on his foot and lookedat Keioko sternly, not swinging his sword at her. His thoughts were jumbled and confused. It was as if he was amazed at how fast she was. He didn't want to kill her, but if she would stand in his way...
Holding the sword in one hand, he let it strike the ground. He held the other hand up, a hand of rock breaking through the soil and attempting to snatch Keioko by the legs. He wanted to save her for later, so he couldn't let her die just yet.

Keioko felt the ground shaking under her, and as soon as the first pebble moved from it's place on the ground, she teleported, his hand missing her. However, the mists turned to their usual thick syrup-like liquid and clung to his hand, starting their destoned job. Meanwhile, Keioko reappeared elsewhere, continuing to search for Bolt and Kane again.
Bolt, where are you?

The hand of rock dissipated into sediment. Golem, however, began to sprint for where he knew Spectere was going to be.
Bolt thought, in his head, "I don't know... somewhere between the camp and the hot spring. I think we're close. Someone is attacking Jonathan."

Damn, that's probably Spectere. Try and regroup. We'll have a better chance to defeat them if we work together. I'm coming to find you. Make sounds so I can easier... Keioko made sure she wasn't being folowed, making her path confusing for anyone who would be by going from one place to another, seemingly off-course.

On the ground below, Golem ran with incredible speed towards the battle between Spectere, Kane, and Bolt. He was easily detected, but he suddenly stopped about 200 meters away. For some reason, he did not go further.
Bolt, however, while examining the paper with the flame on it, said to Keioko, in his mind, "Kei, there's some kind of paper on the trees..."
