The sythe connected to Dark's back, he flinched. His arm slowly went behind him and grabbed the handle of the sythe and pulled it out. As he went to take another step towards Haku, a bright red glowing ball came flying out of nowhere and hit Dark square in the face full force like a shotgun at close range.
"Take a nap."
The small kitten had stood by enough and thought that it was time to intervene before one or the other would be killed. Dark fell to the ground with a thud muddering something along the lines of "a cheap shot." Another bright red glow and the kitten transformed into a small neko girl who grabbed Dark by the leg, bowed once to them all and proceed to drag him to another tree a little bit aways to treat his wounds.

'That was a little odd' Sousha thought to herself as she stepped away from the tree. She watched the girl who was tending to Dark for a moment then sighed. "Well its finished."

Haku lay there completely still, except for the shallow breathing. He ground his teeth against the pain, and waited for everyone to leave. He only moved his head to look in the direction of Dark, making sure he wasn't still up. Assured of that, he let his head fall back to the ground, and continued to fight the pain.

Scarlet laughed when the neko girl appeared, finding it amusing that she took him over somewhere else to treat his wounds.
Then she leapt down from the tree and settled next to Haku, running a hand over the air above him.
"How are you?" she asked quietly, no longer smiling.

Haku didn't speak, the pain still too overwhelming. He just lay there, his body starting to shake. He looked up at her, and pushed himself onto his back, his breathing coming in slow, pained breaths.

Sousha walked over to were Haku and Scarlet were. She looked down at Haku laying there before kneeling near Scarlet. "How bad is he?"
A conserned look crossing her face as she looked at him again.

"Seems he's in a lot of pain," she said to Sousha. "I'm not a healer, I have a limited amount of magic, and I'm not sure that it would help him."
A look of pain and helplessness crossed her face.
"Can you do anything?"

She stops short and appears deep in thought.
"Hmm, that may work...."
She looks back at Scarlet. "There is one thing, if he can live through long enough. I could fly him to the nearest area where a healer may be. But I wont do it an less he agrees to it."

Haku lay there for a moment, before speaking. "No flying.....No salves, or" His sentence was interrupted by a cough. He took a breath and continued, "Just....Get me somewhere safe, if you will..."

Dark stood over Haku in a flash with a small bright glow in his eyes, his wounds only partially healed. "I could take you to hell if you'd like, I'm sure you'll feel REAL safe there." A rock from the tree hit him in the back of the head. "Fine...she told me that I better make up for losing control...call this compensation for a satisfying fight." Without an answer his hands shot forward creating a ying yang symbol with his fingers and shadows bursted from the ground around Haku grabbing all of his wounds and sealing them up as well as cleansing them of bacteria and infections. Yosh! With that, he stalked off back towards the tree where the girl waited for him pouting.

Scarlet kept silent, a dark look on her face. She returned to her tree, laying herself out on a branch.
"Shouldn't keep your lady friend waiting, Dark," she sneered quietly.

Sousha shook her head as she looked away from Haku and turned towards Dark.
"You have gone against his wishes," pointing downward at Haku, "Did you not just here him moments ago asking not to be heal? I mean yes he was in great pain because of you, but that was still his choice."
She shook her head again before turning back to Haku and offering her hand down to him, to give him a hand up.

Dark only hesitated for a moment before answering. "Like I care what anyone wishes for, I live by what I feel is right. As long as I can keep myself from losing control and...as long as I can escape my curse, I'll keep on doing it." He continued to walk away and lightly popped the girl on the head for the rock she threw.

Scarlet shook her head.
"Seems you have a small, simple code to live by," she muttered,
swinging down from her branch and landing next to Sousha, seeing if Haku needed any help.
